Braces R Us is so great! We were passing through town on a road trip and realized my son forgot his elastics. They were so kind to provide us a pack. In addition, their office is so clean, modern and inviting. The front desk receptionist was so sweet. If we lived in Twin Falls this would be our orthodontist without hesitation.

Great staff and great place! Dr's are friendly and treat kids like family. We have had to take my boy in a few times to have his retainer adjusted or minor issues fixed, and every time they get us right in and treat us like family. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for an orthodontist!

I'm so so thankful for Braces R Us!! I moved to ID about three years ago and had braces over 10 years ago when I lived in UT. I'm not a patient of theirs but my permanent retainer on my bottom teeth popped off on the corner and I needed to get it glued back on my tooth but didn't want to drive clear down to UT to do it. I called them up and their assistant helped glue it back on my tooth!! I was seriously so thankful because the wire was scraping my tongue and it feels so much better. The staff was so kind and I will definitely keep them in mind when someone needs a referral.

I have nightmares about this place. I had braces in California before I moved here and my orthodontist said I’d need a retainer for the rest of my life.. I lost mine during a move and went to this location to see if they would make me a new retainer. He said no because I don’t need one and they’d just be taking my money. I told him my orthodontist told me I will need one and I want one, he said no… and that I would be better off adding onto my teeth to make them bigger which would then fill in the gap -_-
I have spacing on my top teeth and bottom teeth. I should have been more persistent because I will need to get braces again. Do they not give their patients retainers!!?? I should have went to another location after I regret everything.
