Comfort Care Dental - Twin Falls

I was a patient when I lived in Twin Falls. I have since moved to Florida and have struggled to find a good dental office. I was in the area visiting friends and scheduled an appointment. I had earlier had X-rays taken locally and the office then insisted they couldn’t do a regular cleaning that would be covered by my insurance. Comfort Care called and got my X-rays transferred. I unfortunately got COVID and was not able to keep my appointment. I just got off the phone and they were happy to send my X-rays off to my new dental care providers. Their staff are kind and efficient. My overall experience with this dental office has been great each and every time.

Great doctor and staff. They're all very warm and genuinely care about the patient's comfort. I will definitely be a patient for the duration that I'm in Twin Falls.

Very accommodate, they were able to schedule my appointment and see me within a very short time. Extremely pleasant atmosphere, and the focus on making sure I was comfortable was top tier.

Honestly, the best dental experience I’ve had. A small, local office with people who truly care about optimal service. I was given a tour which I’ve never been offered anywhere else, and they were transparent from the start with what needed to be done and the cost it would take.

I chose this dentists office because comfort is in the title. I have a fear of dentists. I was really impressed! They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Everyone there including the dentist was so very friendly and kind. They also don't do anything you don't want done so there's no surprises later. This is a wonderful place to have your teeth worked on.

My husband cracked and chipped his front teeth due to his seizures. Dr. Tingey was so kind to him and did a very good job capping the teeth. You can't tell he ever had a chip in the first place.

Today I had to have a tooth pulled out.
I was so frightened about getting shots, and just the procedure itself,... But
I am absolutely delighted to say, that the doctor, was fantastic!! I didn't feel the shots at all! And the procedure was quick and painless! His nurse that assisted him was awesome! And the staff was so nice. I would recommend Comfort Care Dental, to everyone! Thank you so very much!

My daughter was in pain and needed a tooth removed after a recent filling from another office, and they squeezed her in and got her all fixed. I have had trouble with trusting dentists in the past for different reasons, and this dentist seems genuinely honest with his work, and that's a very valuable asset. She felt no pain during the whole procedure.

The staff at Comfort Care Dental rendered excellent, polite, prompt and expert dental care. I visited Comfort Care Dental as a new patient needing a tooth extraction. On the day prior to my appointment Comfort Care Dental provided an online patient questionnaire. Consequently, upon appearing for my appointment as a new patient there was no blizzard of paperwork and I was promptly seen. The Dental Assistant was friendly and efficient getting me settled and recording my vitals and taking the requisite x-rays. The Dentist appeared soon thereafter; administered local Anesthesia, and in no time flat extracted my tooth. Within an hour anf fifteen minutes of my appearance for my appointment and I was on my way, less one painful tooth, with prescriptions in-hand. The financial staff did a great job of billing me with my insurance coverage already deducted.

It was the most painless tooth pulling experience!
