They are great and my daughter loves going there. My problem is with the billing. I was told one price for teeth removal made sure that would be what it was, because didn't want to owe anything after was done. Was promised with insurance my charge would be x amount. So I scheduled appointment to have teeth removed and paid said amount. 3 months later they sent me a bill for the exact same amount. When I called was told that what it shows as owed and they weren't very nice and could give me an explanation as to why I was charged the same amount again. I am not pleased.

Always have a wonderful experience at Smiles 4 Kids but today was even more exceptional. Rachael was amazing and patient with my little guy. She was such a pleasure and sweet. The doctor was also beyond patient and helped alleviate any fears my son had.

I’ve been going to Smiles 4 Kids on Falls for 5 years for my little guy’s checkups and cleanings. Today, we had Dr. Johnson and I cannot say enough good things about him and his etiquette and patience with my son. He was so gentle with him, explained everything that he was doing, and explained in detail the answers to the questions I had. 10/10 recommend Smiles 4 Kids, the dental hygienists, and Dr. Johnson.

Always so kind and they were able to get my 3 year old son to cooperate and made him feel comfortable!!! I wasn't able to get him to do it, so the women were wonderful! The Dr's are always wonderful and kind as well!
