Let me just start by saying the min I got there the lady that did my X-rays was so rude i don’t know if she was having a bad day but she was being a Xitch and Dr Hopkins pulled out my wisdom teeth in less then 15min and Left me with FOUR dry sockets! Literally the worst pain I have to go to a different oral surgeon to make sure he didn’t leave bone fragment since he has a history of doing so I wish I would’ve read reviews before coming to him.

This receptionist hung up on me twice. Proceeded to discourage me from services with the doctor because she did not think that he could help me. I told her it was not fair to give me her diagnosis over the phone because she is not the doctor. She got furious with me and hung up on me. I called back and she said I was accusing her and she told me SHE would talk to the doctor and let me know what they think and she hung up again. I have a referral from my dentist office and she still would not schedule me. She was rude and very disrespectful to a potential patient with a referral. She claimed she been with him for 17 years so she knows what she was talking about and that she did not think he could help me based off of my issues of pain. She has no medical training and yet felt the need to tell me she didn't think he would be able to help me. WITHOUT EVEN SEEING ME. She should be fired that was so unprofessional and rude I am shocked at her behavior as a customer service front desk professional.

I have had nothing but problems with Dr Hopkins and his office. He removed all four of my impacted wisdom teeth a year ago. For months I had severe nerve pain that he did nothing about and told me should go away. After a few months yes it did go away! And over the last year I've called his office probably four times to let them know that I've pulled big pieces of tooth fragment out of my socket. Each time I called the office staff said oh it's fine it's normal. Well now I have an abscess and I can't eat I can't smile it hurts to talk! I called his office and they informed me that I would be paying $150 out of pocket for an x-ray to check and see if HE left any pieces behind. So I have to pay for an x-ray for his awful work?! I'm so upset I'm going to be down $150 and I still can't eat! Absolutely horrible experience here and I would not recommend anybody to go there! He only cares about the money not the patient! I REGRET PICKING THE SURGEON TO DO MY SURGERY!

Dr Hopkins is a condescending individual who enjoys listening to himself and does not listen to his patients. He diagnosed me within 30 seconds of seeing me after multiple times saying the wrong reasons for me being in there to see him. He did not even take the time to review my chart. He knew exactly what it was though and recited all the symptoms that he hears that make this diagnosis, when I told him I didn’t say any of those symptoms he dismissed me. When I recited my symptoms, one was that my ear “felt” like it was full like an infection and he went off on how the head was a wonderful huge thing and there were multiple doctors and maybe I should go see another doctor for an ear infection. I said I didn’t think I had an ear infection, I said it get full like one. He was extremely condescending, arrogant and ultimately rude. I was there for less than 10 minutes. He says I was mad because he “couldn’t” do anything, I was mad because he wouldn’t listen and had a preconceived determination even though he from the start didn’t even know what I was there for. If you have any other choice, go there.

So far 5 stars for the actual teeth removal, 1 star for bedside manner/human connection. The nurses were pretty rude to me-and tried to rush me in and out of the office. I told the staff repeatedly that I get very ill with anesthesia (vertigo and nausea), and they didn’t prescribe me the correct meds for this, put anti-nausea meds in my IV without my prior consent, and let me vomit over my shoulder onto my clothes. The office manager was kind enough to find me a puke bag. This ordeal was made worse by my GAD, but it would have been largely circumvented if they had been more kind and less in a rush.
Overall, this is one of many classic examples of the medical felid not listening to women.

Had to get some roots our and had to go see him. He numb me up and 10 seconds later he started working on me. Seemed to much in a hurry. I won't go back. I hope when he is patient. He won't be treated like he does with me.
shelly price
Went for a molar removal. Staff was very nice and attentive. Dr. Hopkins was very kind and gentle. I would definitely use this office again if needed.

Dr. Hopkins was very professional, way faster than I thought for tooth removal. Him and his staff provided an excellent experience for me at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend his office and will be returning in the future.

Didn’t treat one of my family members good at all, had to redo wisdom teeth surgery 3 times because he left bone fragments. And was in a big hurry the whole time. 🙄

Just had my wisdom teeth extracted this week, very nice staff and not in a bunch of pain. The whole procedure took about 30ish minutes.
