Everyone is friendly & professional. Dr. Ives explains, cares, gives alternatives. They have a great reminder text & email service, and can fit appointments around your busy schedule. Plus they take care credit. I am a fan, just got crowns and my smile is like a movie 🌟!

Very pleasant staff and I felt like they listened to my needs. They did not try to force things on me which I appreciate considering the treatment I received at the previous office I went to. Highly recommend Dr. Ives and his office staff!

Just had a wonderful experience with this dental clinic this morning. My 96-year-old father had two infected teeth that needed extraction. These teeth also held a pre-existing lower denture. We went to another dental chain located in Alton, and their bill was going to be over $2500, for teeth extraction and recommending a new lower denture and a new upper one. The dentist today said there was no need at this juncture for new dentures and instead recommended a re-lining of the existing dentures. Insurance paid for the extractions and our total bill is going to be less than $500 for the work on the dentures.
My dad is a World War II vet earning only Social Security, and this solution made so much more sense financially, but also for his health and well-being. They even did the extractions immediately, allowing him to start the healing process. The dental assistant and the dentist were both caring, explained everything thoroughly and did a great job. We are so grateful!!!

Very professional. I had only a basic understanding of some pain I had and they walked me through what the issue could be. Also sea like a perfect place for children as they have screens for the to watch as they wait. I know it made me less nervous.
