Scheduled an appointment for my wife and I, gave them all the insurance info two weeks before the appointment. Went to the appointments, staff was friendly. Said I had 9 cavities. 2 weeks later I received a bill for a cleaning ($150). Apparently they forgot to mention that they weren't "in-network" providers, and they didn't mention that in the treatment plan after the cleaning. After finding a "in-network" dentist I only had 3 cavities and didn't have to pay for the cleaning.

Jessica and her staff are like family and work around your schedule,I live in Mt.Vernon and have been coming here since they opened, never had a bad experience or been shell shocked at prices always treated with respect and patience Jessica and her staff will put your mind at ease about a dental experience.
Her facility is a warm cozy place to wait while your time to see her or her staff, everyone at REND LAKE DENTAL is top knotch and the onsion- lab makes getting dentures a snap, I just can't say enough good things about RLD and after you give them a try you'll see why I'm telling you that they are THE BEST EVER!!!

Dr. Stroud and her staff make each and every dental appointment as comfortable as possible. From coffee and water as you wait to a massaging dental chair, they go all out! Music of your choice is played, and you don't spend all day waiting in a dental chair. Professional dentistry at this finest!

My boyfriend had been in pain for some time. We walked into Rend Lake Dental and they fit him in right away! After his exam, they were able to immediately remove the tooth and worked with us on the payment as well. They gave amazing service and professionalism! We will be using them from now on!
