The entire team is amazing! Shannon was awesome seeing that I have anxiety, Shannon helped keep me calm. Shannon is very gentle and oh so detail oriented!!! Funny as well!! Dr. Hans and Shannon explained everything to me in detail and what my options may or may not be. This was THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!!! I would recommend anyone and their family to go see them. The office was new, very clean, and bright too!!!

I've been very happy with the dental care I've received at Hans Family Dental. The Friday before New Year's weekend, a portion of a crown in one of my teeth fell out. I called Dr. Hans emergency number. She called me on New Year's Eve and scheduled me to be seen the following Tuesday. I had plans to leave town for the winter on Wednesday. Dr. Hans kindly rearranged her schedule to fit me in to get my crown replaced that very day! I'm so grateful, and really appreciate the kindness of everyone in her office.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Lindsey Hans Modern family dentistry.They’re all so professional, welcoming, warm and overall patient advocates. I first spoke to Jill to make an appointment and she was kind to me and is the main reason I was convinced to come here. They are up to date with modern equipment and super clean.
When I got there,I was taken back by Brooke- who greeted me with a sweet & welcoming smile. Also, gave me a welcome gift that I loved.
Shannon was the dental hygienist I saw. She has a calming presence and overall just exceptional. I felt like a new woman after she was done with me.I can’t wait for my next appt. I also felt comfortable with her right away.
Dr. Hans came in . She made me so comfortable, and i could tell right away she cares about her patients. She polished a stain on my tooth that was bothering me and did all this gracefully. Overall, boosted my smile confidence. I wish I had found Dr. Hans Modern family dentistry along time ago but, so thankful I did. They treat you like family. Thank you all so much for your hard work and I can’t wait to see you again.

I can't give enough praises to Hans Family Dental. I had neglected my teeth for years and was in bad shape. When I first went to them, I was treated very professionally with no judgement. Since then I have had nothing but great experiences with them. Mostly routine cleanings, but for the occasional problem, they were fast to action. The office staff has always been very helpfulI especially like my hygienist, Amber. She is the most thorough hygienist I have ever experienced. And the brand new office is fantastic. They seem to have all the latest hardware and diagnostic machines. I love them!

Mostly not thrilled about my experiences at Dr. Hans office.
Multiple x-rays taken without attention to detail by professionals, largely leaving dental hygienist to bring problem areas to the Dr.'s attention leading to endontic work going unnoticed for 2 years until a doctor covering for Dr. Hans noticed it on an old x-ray while she was on medical leave.
I am sure other people have had different experiences with Dr. Hans. Every appointment for me has brought dissatisfaction. Maybe my expectations are set too high or the outcomes too low. I will not recommend.

First time visit and I left a completely satisfied patient from check-in at reception to my cleaning and x-rays to check-up by Dr. Hans. Everyone was professional but, just as importantly, made me feel comfortable and at ease. Definitely a 5 Star experience.
