First off, Dr. Hans was recommended to me by the office of Dr. Seibert, a well-regarded periodontist in the area. Dr. Hans was also mentioned favorably on the NextDoor app, where patients, including a retired dentist, sang her praises.
Even with the resulting high expectations, I was extremely impressed during my visit.
First off, Hans Family Dental takes the pandemic very seriously. Their precautions left me feeling as safe as possible, despite my immunocompromised status.
The office was clean and inviting looking. Everyone I spoke with was warm, and appeared genuinely interested in making me feel comfortable and well taken care of.
I was under a lot of stress due to an ongoing dental/periodontal concern that was inadequately addressed by my prior dentist. Dr. Hans, and the staff directly involved in my treatment, were highly professional and efficient, yet warm and kind. I truly felt heard.
My questions and concerns were taken seriously, and addressed knowledgably, thoroughly, and with compassion. I left my appointment feeling as if a tremendous weight had been lifted.
I am extremely happy to have discovered Hans Family Dental, and I highly recommend!

Dr. Hans’ office is the epitome of professionalism! I was treated with the utmost kindness and compassion when I came in for a cleaning/exam for the first time in quite awhile! Shannon is an amazing hygienist, she took time to explain every task she was doing and why. She also got to know me as a person, all while being efficient and doing an amazing job with my cleaning, and a very thorough exam. Their office is doing a wonderful job handling all of the recent COVID-19 restrictions and it is apparent there are many extra protocols in place to keep patients safe and protected. Dr. Hans is a wonderful doctor, very thorough and great at explaining issues/recommending treatment/what needs to change/developing a long-term treatment plan. Every member of their staff was kind and friendly. I would give their office 10 stars if I could!

The entire staff, from the hygienists to the reception staff to Dr. Hans, are extremely professional and friendly and always put me at ease.They are also very knowledgeable and able to answer whatever questions I might have. My 21 year old daughter is also a patient here and has had the same experience. I highly recommend Hans Family Dental.
