Had wisdom tooth removal 15 days back due to infection and decay. Extraction was skillful and did not have any pain at the time of extraction and also no discomfort or pain later on.
On 15th November got my teeth cleaned and it was done by Hygienist Deanna. She was so sincere, meticulous and thorough.
Overall the experience was quite good.

Just had my semi-annual routine checkup/cleaning. I couldn't be happier, or more impressed, with the care and treatment I received. Everyone involved; from the front desk, to the hygienist, to Dr. Jung was top notch professionalism and class. Nov. 2. Unexpectedly had 2 bad teeth extracted today by Dr. J. I am still amazed - no pain! A bit of pain with the numbing needles but I didn't even know when the teeth were out! Quick and efficient! Dr. J and staff are so nice, kind and compassionate for a coward like me! A few hours later, numb is starting to wear off but so far hardly any pain. Thank you, Dr. J! I won't be afraid for the next drill and fill appointment! :-)

The hygienist was great as usual. The dentist was in a hurry and I felt I was brushed off despite having concerns about some pain he did nothing but a quick assessment. Appointment made for 6 weeks despite having a suspected cracked tooth. First time I’ve been disappointed after greater than 34 years of care.
