The front desk staff was so welcoming and caring.
Mallory did an excellent job explaining everything to her prior to using them and let her feel different tools on her hand so she knew what to expect. This allowed her to sit independently in the chair for the whole visit with nothing but a big, beautiful smile.
Dr. Ingram was wonderful and so kind as well.
