I have been looking for a dentist since I move to Chicago, a random stranger in the street recommended this location. I can say that everyone is super friendly. The staff was very professional and service was the best, the office is super clean. My cleaning was super easy, she took her time to explain every steps. They are not pressuring you to come back. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have been coming to 25 East Dental for years and it has been hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. From the second you get scheduled in you get the best service. I wish more dentist practices were this professional, friendly and amazing. Thank you all for making going to the dentist not a chore!

Fantastic staff I appreciated how well they took care of the veterans. Jenny was a phenomenal dental hygienist great job on giving me options and advice. Great Dental place to go highly recommend.

Unfortunately I broke a tooth and it was quite painful. My dentist's office, the dentist I was very loyal to, said "we can get you in -- in two weeks." I couldn't believe it.

I tried another emergency center - the best they could do was a one week wait. I was in a lot of pain. I took that appointment, put myself on a cancellation list while searching to find someone who could see me quickly. My prayers were more than answered. When I called 25 East Dental, they said Dr. Koslow could get me in, in an hour!

I was very impressed with the service and the treatment from end-to-end. I love to research and Dr. Koslow patiently answered all of my questions. It turns out - she loves to research too and welcomed all of my questions! I prefer holistic healthcare. She used a product with clove oil to numb my gums before I'd receive injections and then recommended tea tree oil mouthwash to ease the discomfort. Tea tree oil mouthwash is magic. I highly recommend it. Dr. Koslow has meticulous attention to detail. When the permanent crown was not to her satisfaction - she sent it back to the lab to ensure the crown would be perfect.

From my experience, good people attract good people. All of the staff are wonderful, and I agree with others Illiana is the best hygienist I've ever seen. She's pleasant, fast, and efficient. Needless to say - I've switched to Dr. Koslow as my new dentist. Since I'm self-employed, I researched what the crown might cost. I found the prices to be right in line with my expectations. Not cheap - but fair. A traumatic situation (for me) turned out very well. I'm very pleased with Dr. Koslow, and the entire team at 25 East Dental.

I used to think I hated the dentist, that was until I moved into the city and went to 25 east dental. Just a overall amazing experience every 6 months. Iliana is an amazing hygienist and you can tell she loves what she does for a living. Going to be very sad when I move out of the city. I will miss this dentist!!

I was a recent new patient of Dr. Koslow -- and wanted to write about my experiences. Like many - I have been "afraid" of the dentist for most of my life-- and despite knowing how important it is - I do everything to avoid going.

I was recommended to Dr. Koslow and 25 E. Dental through another patient - and finally, went.

It was such a positive experience I had to leave a review. The office staff is immensely professional but very warm and compassionate. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. No one was there to be judgmental - the entire team truly cares about your dental health.

I had to have work further work done -- which, no one likes to hear - but Dr. Koslow is truly a master at her craft. I felt little to no pain. Everything was explained to me in advance. The team frequently checked in to make sure I was ok. And the way the Dr. Koslow worked with me and the team - made it all the easier.

My family noted on the difference in my smile already. I am looking forward to working with Dr. Koslow and her staff in 2023!

While I appreciate the doctors at the clinic (I've been visiting here since 2020 and they are very friendly and professional), I have had a negative experience with the operations, front desk, and billing teams. In early January, I paid for a service that I was told would not be covered by my insurance. However, the clinic still reported the charges to my insurance showing as patient responsibility (indicating that I didn't pay for the charges), which resulted in a duplicated payment from my FSA account by my insurance. Despite my attempts to resolve the issue since late January, I have not received any proactive communication from the clinic. Instead, I have had to make multiple follow-up calls to flag the issue, follow up, and request a refund.

When I initially reached out in late January, the person who picked up my call agreed to flag my account and give me a call when the clinic received the second payment from my insurance. However, I never received the call, and I had to make a follow-up call to check. After several follow-up calls in February, I was then informed in late February that the refund was in process. However, after two weeks, I still had not received a refund back to my card and had to make another follow-up call to check yesterday. This lack of proactive communication has been frustrating.

Unfortunately, the issue has still not been resolved and the person on the phone has been unable to offer satisfactory solutions as of today. I have tried to be patient and wait for this to be resolved by the clinic, but it has now been over two months since the original service and payment. I want to caution everyone to carefully check their charges and payments as the clinic has shown a lack of concern for customer service and fixing their own mistakes. (The billing system is also a mess, so I couldn't imagine how they even balance their income sheets and report taxes)

I hope the clinic can take responsibility for this issue and improves their billing, communication, and customer services to avoid similar problems in the future for other people (I am definitely not planning to go back to this clinics).

My experience with Iliana is always a positive one. She always give me the best tips on how to care for my teeth. I absolutely love her and the staff too. Everyone is always so polite an attentive. Going to the dentist can be both scary an intimidating for some. For me, it’s more scary not having any teeth or lack thereof. Dr. J (dentist) is great too. I had to get a crown put on one of my back molars and he made it the best experience possible. I was able to eat an everything so that is always a plus. I’m so grateful Dr. Tarsitano ( my former dentist of 22 years) referred me to 25 East Dental. If you need a great dentist with an amazing experience. You should give them a call. Iliana and Dr. Jursik have taken great care of me for the past few years !! I also love the downtown location of this office.
