I have gone here since I was a little girl. Always very helpful, relaxing atmosphere, and kind staff. I now take my own four children there. The kids have never cried there- they always look forward to going...at the end, they get something cool out of the prize box:) The staff has always taken the time to explain each of what the kids OR myself has going on, explain the treatment, and take the extra step if needed to make several options for me. I will continue to make the 30 min+ drive from my home to see them for all of my family's dental needs- they are WORTH IT!

Theresa as always was great a usual. She is so caring for her patients. She always instructs me on how to improve my cleaning regiment. She also points out at a good job I am doing if it pertains. She overall does a great job. I have been coming to her for as long as she has been with the practice. Thanks Theresa.

I am so very frustrated and disappointed in this practice. My experience started off just fine. My dentist had stopped taking my insurance so I needed to find a new one. Creve Coeur Family Dental was near by and I had seen good things online.

I was seen for a cleaning and it went well. Friendly staff and the doctor was nice and seemed knowledgeable. I was told I needed a filling and made an appointment to have it done. I arrived and had my filling done. No issues. Nothing really to complain about.

Once the procedure was done, I went to pay. I paid my deductible and moved on. About a month later I get a check from my insurance provider for $192 which I thought was odd. I then got a bill from Creve Coeur Family Dental for the same amount a short time later! Shortly after that I got a phone call explaining that the check was a payment for them and they also needed the explanation of benefits. I also had to put the check sent to me by my insurance provider into my bank account and write them a new check as the check from my insurance provider was made out to me and they needed it made out to them. So I did those things, took it into the office and paid. A hassle and confusing but I got it done.

I thought it was over with so I went on with life. However I kept receiving bills! Each time I received a bill, I would call the office and ask what is going on! I got the same response each time, I had paid and to disregard the bill. They said they went through a third party with their billing and they will get it fixed. By the 4th bill it stated I needed to pay or it would go to collections. I panicked and called them and told them I received yet another bill but this time it said if it was not paid it would be taken to collections! I was told the same thing that I was always told and that they would take care of it!

Fast forward another month to today. I got a damn bill from a collections agency!! I was LIVID!! I called the office and told them it had been sent to collections. The lady told me that she had already taken care of it that day and it shouldn’t have been. I was so mad and frustrated and told her it should have never gotten this far! She really could have cared less and just said she fixed it already. I hung up with her and called the collections agency and they confirmed it had been taken care of, thank goodness.

Needless to say, I will not be back if that is how their billing is handled. It should have NEVER gotten that far! Irresponsible and ridiculous. They are putting their customers credit at risk. Poor example of professionalism and clearly poor knowledge of insurance and billing processes.

I have been seeing Dr Johnson for 10 years and she is both very knowledgeable and compassionate. I highly recommend her to anyone that doesn’t want mercury fillings. I have to say the same for my hygienist, she does excellent work and is always on time, no waiting. Also, prices are reasonable. All around good group from the receptionist to the Dr.

I have been a patient at this dental office for over 25 years! I drive 45 minutes one way and it is well worth the time and gas :D They are wonderful! The dentists and hygienists are highly skilled, patient, kind and thorough. The office staff are also highly skilled and very pleasant to interact with. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a dental office.

Having been a patient of Creve Coeur Family Dental for almost 7 yrs., and treated by 4 dentists in their office, all I can say is THANK YOU! All the staff are professional and helpful. Dr. Johnson, God bless her, repaired my tooth on short notice for a special event - so thankful to smile with pride again thanks to her creativity! Thank you Creve Coeur for being good dentists to recommend.

Always a smile and friendly staff. I have been coming here for years and wouldn't want anyone else but Teresa to clean my teeth. Congratulations on retirement to Dr. Bentley and Dr. Johnson I am confident you left your patients in good hands with Dr. P!

Every experience I have had has been reassuring & comforting. I am deathly afraid of the dentist but each & every time they make sure to make me feel as comfortable as possible & always have my best interest in their mind while working.

I truly love all the people that serve and work in this dental clinic. The girls at the front desk, Teresa my favorite dental hygienist and Dr Percash are all absolutely wonderful caring and really connect with their patients. Kudos to you all!

The team at Creve Coeur Family Dental are awesome! Just got home from getting my Christmas filling. I would not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them!
