The simple fact that I drive from Aurora to Gurnee (1 hour with no traffic) should tell you a lot. You can really tell when someone loves their work and truly cares about their patients. He goes out of his way to explain everything and to make sure you are comfortable and answers any questions you have (and some you didn't know you had). No matter how bad of shape I'm in when I go in there I always leave with a smile on my face. :-)
