Two years ago Dr. Watkins replaced the crown on my front right tooth. Wasn’t a couple of weeks and it broke off. Had to go back in and have it completely redone. Soon after, it broke again. He did correct it again, but I was done with him. Went to another dentist in Chatham for my next checkup. They did new x-rays and could see how poorly this was done, telling me it was necessary to have a new one made and put on. Unfortunately, my insurance paid Midwest and won’t allow another one for 5 years. 2 years after the poor job was done and redone, I get a bill in the mail from midwest for $84, stating it was a portion denied by insurance. Needless to say I will not be paying for this and plan to file a claim with the BBB.

At every visit, Dr. Watkins is always upbeat, huge smile (you can tell under the mask), always jokes with my son! The hygienists always joke with him too! I love this office!

The best dental experience my family has ever received. Professional, courteous and friendly staff. My 7 year old actually likes going to the dentist and I don't dread it. Hanna is friendly and makes you feel comfortable during your xrays and cleanings. I'm glad I finally found a dentist I enjoy visiting. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and staff where you don't just feel like a number.😁

I was nervous going to a new dentist after 17 years of going to the same one. however, Dr. Watkins and his staff made the transition SO easy! He was very great. All of the google reviews, which I viewed while choosing my local dentist, are true. He is a great guy, his assistant Andrea is great also! I am excited for my next appointment.

I've been a patient of Dr. Mike's since I have had teeth. Dr. Mike does excellent work. He is an unbelievably kind man. He has seen my father on nights and weekends when he has had emergencies in the past.
Wendy is my hygienist and she does a phenomenal job. She too is incredibly kind.
Overall I enjoy the fact that they do not push products or procedures that they do not truly believe in or believe that you need. I trust them. I'll be a patient for as long as Mike practices.

All I can say is WOW!!! Dr. Watkins is THE BEST DENTIST I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! Such a nice and caring man. He understood my fear and talked me through it and made me feel better about my tooth extraction. There was no real pain. This man is the best. He also has a great staff. I can't wait for him to work on my teeth in the future. My wife and children will be seeing as well. Thank you Dr. Watkins!!!
