Dr. Senai and his team at Advance Dentistry are simply the best. Had a crown done at a different dentist in Skokie couple of years ago and developed an infection which required a root canal. Was not very happy about this so started looking for a different dentist. Went to Dr. Senai office and was very impressed with his team. Had my tooth cleaning, fillings to eventually getting crowns at his office.
When I had a crown put in by a dentist in Skokie couple of years ago it developed an infection, so I had to get a root canal done. A year later the crown broke in half. I dropped that dentist and went to Dr. Senai office and he and his office staff worked with me as the replacement crown was not covered by insurance. Dr. Senai was up front on costs and worked with me so I could get the replacement crown. I went ahead and had Dr. Senai put in the replacement crown. Was very satisfied with the replacement crown and all went well with no infection or issues and the charge was exactly as stated by him with no hidden fees or surprise charges.
Recently, one of my upper teeth kept trapping food particles. I had a feeling the tooth was failing which was confirmed by an x-ray. I had a filling on that tooth done a while ago but the filling was failing due to a growing gap which had now grown larger so Dr. Senai could not put in another filling as it may not be able to stay intact. After looking at x-ray and his recommendation I agreed to have a crown put in. He prepped my tooth for the crown and then placed a temporary crown in place. Couple of weeks later the molded ceramic crown arrived and was placed by Dr. Senai. I had no infection and the crown fitted perfectly. Could not be happier how this turned out. No more food particles being trapped and the jaw felt balanced and much better.
In addition to Dr. Senai, his team of assistants are equally excellent in their work. My tooth cleaning is very thorough and Dr. Senai examines the cleaning after it's done. He is definitely a hands-on dentist and I have always been going to him for my dental work.
