Update: I forgot to mention that I grew up going to this office and Flanigan was my dentist for years. When I went back as an adult, they couldn't find my file and when they did, it was in the basement. Well, the handful of times I went there afterwards, they would tell me how they couldn't find my file and act like I was making up being a patient there only to find my file back in the basement. I finally switched dentists because I was tired of the unprofessional bs and it took several requests to get them to fax my records to my new dentist. Oh and that cavity that was drilled too deep? I did end up having to have a root canal and I was told it was because the cavity was drilled too deep. Another tidbit, I was told my new dentist that the filling I had in one of my teeth was only temporary, this office never told me that information. One more thing about the staff, there's an employee there that likes to talk really loud and she constantly talks about her love life, how men suck, blah blah blah. You can hear her through the entire office when you're getting your teeth cleaned. Unprofessional employees.
Original review: Staff is rude and obnoxious. Both cavities I had to have filled there were drilled so deep that my teeth have become ultra-sensitive and I may need a root canal on one of them because of it. Avoid this office, horrible!
