We have been going here for years. Sarah and Carla are both great hygienists. On my last visit, Dr. Connolly found a tooth that should be extracted. I had a million questions and he took a lot of extra time to answer and discuss options in detail. He did this more than one time. The team at Midwest were very helpful.

Have been going here for many years (when Dr. Burge was still practicing). Have always had a very pleasant experience. Sarah always takes good care of me, and the dental assistants are the best. Dr. Lentz is a new addition to the staff, and he is wonderful! He explained everything he was doing, and made sure I was comfortable at all times. I was there yesterday and I had to get 2 teeth pulled. Dr. Lucy is AWESOME and so is her crew. They are always so friendly and they like to joke around which is right up my alley. I will never change dentist. Love Midwest Dental!!!

Been going to this dental office over a year but recent appt don't agree with a $12 charge to cover the extra precautions they are taking because of the Covid 19 was toldall dentist doing this but after many calls and talking to other people who had dental appointment with no extra charge. Also asked if the precautions were still in effect when I come back in 6mo would I be charged $12 again and was told yes.

Was told I’d be charged something different than what I was I went to call to clear things up to have a receptionist named Alaina in pekin office completely disrespect me, threaten to hang up instead of clear things up and let me speak to someone else, I just paid 240 bucks to have an X-ray and to be completely dismissed like I wasn’t in pain. The assistant couldn’t even take an X-ray without jabbing one end in my eye and then the dentist came in didn’t let me ask any questions, spent maybe five minutes with me, this was horrifying to be in so much pain and to pay to be treated like this.

I love going here. It's easy to make an appointment and the dental hygienists are very professional and most important very friendly. I never have any issues! Staff does a fantastic job welcoming patients.

I was a patient there for years. Went in for cleaning and exam and the new dentist there denied services because I wouldn't have a full set of xrays done... its all about the money and not patient care.. I won't be back. I found another dentist. If I could give zero stars I would!!!
