I have been extremely pleased with my experience at Schaumburg Dentistry. The staff is friendly and professional. They bill dental insurance directly, and the evening and Saturday hours make scheduling an appointment easy.
The office has a machine which can create a 3D digital image of your teeth using a wand. This was SO much more pleasant than the old method of making impressions with a tray and goo. The machine allows the doctor to clearly show you an image of your teeth and create accurate predictions of treatment results.
I also appreciated being given treatment options. When a filling was beginning to fail, I was given options and empowered to decide how I wanted to proceed.

This is the best dentist I've ever had! Dr. Louis Schaumburg Dentistry is amazing. The front desk staff is very nice and the office is beautiful- clean and modern. They used state of the art technology. I've never seen that before at my other dentist. Dr. Louis also did the cleanings, and most dentists use dental hygienists for this. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend anyone in Chicagoland area for their dentist appointment.

This is the best dentist that I have ever been to and it’s not even close. Both Dr. Lewis and Dr. Jon are absolutely amazing and so welcoming and friendly. They really do make going to the dentist a much more relaxed experience and their level of care is top tier.

We were referred to Dr. Lewis from our periodontist because we had a very complex case and we needed someone to help us with the final steps of getting a denture. Our case was made more complex by the fact that our previous situation ended up with a set of failed implants, bone loss, and an office that was extremely rude and kept asking for money even after they screwed up. Dr. Lewis and his office were upfront and honest from the very beginning. Once we had paid the amount for the procedure there were no hidden fees or costs that magically popped up and we were fully taken care of. The ladies at the front desk Carla and Joanne were incredibly patient and kind. They were willing to be flexible with our schedules and truly made the experience that much more transparent and smooth.

The total procedure ended up being about 6 months to get the denture and adjusting it for sore spots and making sure that it was comfortable. Dr. Lewis was friendly and kind every time that we had an appointment which was about once every week and for someone that is working 10+ hours a day to have amazing bedside manner and still provide exceptional care shows how professional he is. He even brought in colleague who was a specialist in complex cases such as ours to make sure that everything was okay before we attached the denture. Dr. Lewis has gone above and beyond in every way possible to make sure that every little detail was taken care of and we could not be happier with the end result.

If there is anything that I am upset with it is the fact that I can’t give them a higher rating. This has truly been a one of a kind experience and both my family and I will be coming back for a long time. I know that they will continue to grow and expand and I strongly recommend anyone to go here for any dental needs.

Best dental experience ever! I have always had a bad relationship with dentists after a bad experience I had as a child. I avoided dentist like the plague until I really really had to go. I had a few cavities that forced me to find a dentist by me. My best friend told me to go to Schaumburg Dentistry and she had only great things to say about them so I decided to give them a try. I loved how friendly everyone was as soon as I came in and the office is nicely decorated and modern which I always appreciate. The dental assistant was very kind and informative and as well as Dr. Jon. I told him about my background and fear of dentist. And when I tell you that I vertically felt nothing it’s true, no pain, no discomfort! It was the best experience of my entire life. I feel so much more comfortable now if I ever need any dental work, and I definitely will NEVER go any where else. He also spoke to me about Invisalign and a wonderful member of his team named Liz broke down the cost and made it super easy for me to understand my insurance coverage. She also made it very easy to set up upcoming appointments. Over all I’m very thankful to Dr. Jon, I can honestly say I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore!

I was looking for a general dentistry office near me. I saw their reviews on Google and I needed some work done on my teeth. Dr. Louis was personal, super-friendly, and in the first time of my life... I'm not scared of going to the dentist. I do need some more work done on my teeth which I have a reschedule and follow-up appointment. Everyone at their office is very friendly, they have a newly remodeled a office, and cannot recommend them enough! A+

From the moment I walked into the door I was greeted with a warm smile from the friendly staff. They are just as pleasant in person as they are over the phone. The office is sleek, modern, and clean. I have been here twice so far and have been seen by Dr. Louis and have a lot more work to do in the coming weeks/months. I have seen quite a few dentists in my life and he is without a doubt the best one I have ever been to. He is compassionate, friendly, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and confident. Dr. Louis truly cares about his patients and will go as far as to responding to you after hours to help with any of your dental needs. I feel like I have been spoiled thus far and will never be able to go anywhere else. I will be switching my kids over to his practice when they are due at the end of the year for their cleanings and check-ups.
