The Dental Store

The Dental Store was amazing! They were able to accommodate an emergency visit for my husband …took care of his issue and he felt SO much better when we left! They accepted our insurance and the amount out of pocket was minimal! Super friendly staff all the way from front desk to assistants to dentist!

Nobody loves going to the dentist, but you don't have to dread it here. They treat you like family (really) and include you in every detail of your treatment. There are multiple professionals in all disciplines 6 days a week and appointments for most needs on Sunday. My entire family is part of the family at The Dental Store and we have never had a negative experience, even when we visit for relief from painful problems. They gently and compassionately care for us. When it might seem that we have neglected to properly tend to our own responsibilities in self-care, there is never a lecture.

I found the Dental Store after my long time dentist retired. I started seeing Dr. Shulkin in May 2022. I would like to thank him for his excellent dental care. He is knowledgeable, professional and personable. Also, I appreciate his understanding of technology and how it can be used to effectively diagnosis problem areas. He and Tammy, his dental hygienist, make a great team! Their efforts to make me feel comfortable and looked after is much appreciated! I would also like to thank Marilyn in the front office. She knows all things insurance and appointment scheduling. You three are a pleasure to know! Thanks again!

An emergency root canal turned to the most uncomfortable and rude dental experience. They complete services without knowledge or explanation then expect you to pay for it. The Dentist sarcasm doesn’t help you relax in an already stressful situation. And with working in the medical billing field for 10 years, I know my rights as a patient and they tried telling me otherwise. I’m glad I’m done with that place and don’t have to go back. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!

I went and found out i had multiple cavities to be filled. When the receptionist/billing department employee asked me when I could make an appointment to get fillings, I explained that since I didn't have insurance, I couldn't afford to get them all filled right now, so I would have to call back another time to make an appointment. They were weirdly pushy about me making an appointment anyway, and didn't offer any financial alternatives or acknowledge the fact that I was clear in saying I couldn't afford it at the time. I had to repeat myself and they reluctantly let me leave without making an appointment. I felt like they didn't care about my financial situation and just wanted my money. I found a dentist that doesn't brush off my concerns.

Good front desk staffs. Easy to schedule and reschedule appointments. Great doctors and dental hygienist. Very clean location. They are great with kids as well.

I have never received such horrible service in all of my years on this earth. Had a cavity filled a year ago at this office, it feel out. Went to have it fixed and to get a cleaning. Sami and Charli the front desk staff were extremly rude, manipulatative, shady, discriminative, and had horrible attitudes. They seemed to be inconvenienced with my insurance not being on the roster and did not want to do there job. They said I had never used my insurance there which was a complete lie. I used it for my filling that feel out. They were basically trying to cover themselves since I had shoddy service and work done. Please don't visit this place. It is not worth it. There are lots of other dental offices. I will never go back, and I will have a dental office with BETTER customer service fix my tooth.

I will never go back to The dental store for this reason. I have a military Disability with my back. It flairs up from time to time without warning. I had appointment on a Monday morning But Sunday night my back went out. First thing Monday morning I Called to cancel and was told by Mary I'd be charged for the visit. I explained my military Disability but she didn't care. It proved to me it's only about the almighty dollar. They lost me as a patient and customer. I wouldn't recommend them at all.

Tammy and Dr Anderson are great, I had the best experience ever at a dental office. First time in my life I didn’t feel any pain what so ever. If you’re afraid of the dentist I highly recommend this place. They are the best

Charlie at the desk was very helpful when I came to check in and before I left. He was a rockstar. Dr Scott was very kind and informitive with me.
