Since September, 2020 I have been a patient of Dr. Toole. I was diagnosed with peridontal disease and have been receiving treatment for the condition. Dr. Toole and his staff are very professional, caring, and courteous. It is a pleasure to be a patient at this dentistry.

Friendly and welcoming staff that gets the job done. Appointments are always on time which makes my review of the waiting room hard to do. Dr. Toole is great at explaining treatments in terms that are easy to understand and his support staff are always kind and accommodating. I also take my toddler there for her check ups and cleanings and she always has a blast, helping quell that fear of the Dentist at an early age. Highly recommended!

My first appointment at this office and so far it has been wonderful. They helped me to get my X-rays over to work on a tooth that had broken off. I had to switch Dentist because of my insurance but so far they have been very helpful. I will know more in the upcoming appointments but even the costs were very reasonable and upfront with the work I will be having done. Dr. Toole took time to explain what he needed to do and the timeline of the work to be done.

I’ve been a patient here for almost 3 years, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff is always very friendly and personable, as is Dr. Toole himself. I was especially impressed when I went in a couple days ago. My permanent retainer on bottom was hurting my teeth and causing headaches. I’ve had that wire in my mouth for over 20 years now (installed after my braces were taken off as a kid), and I desperately wanted the thing out. I called Toole’s office up and they got me in the very next day. The removal was a breeze and took all of 10 minutes, and they fitted me for a removable retainer immediately after. I know their schedule is always very packed, so I was thrilled they were able to fit me in so quickly. These folks are true professionals!

Really love Dr. Toole! However, I am concerned over what seems to be a large turnover in hygienists in the last 12-18 months. I have a great deal of dental anxiety and when I first started going there were 2-3 hygienists that I rotated between that were WONDERFUL! Now I feel like every time I go everyone is New.

My family and I have gone to Toole’s Dentistry for years. Every time we go we have an unpleasant experience as their customer service has decreased significantly with my whole family. Compared to how we see them interact with others while we are there. My mom and sister stopped going a year ago and I kept giving the company the benefit of the doubt. I went there yesterday and left feeling horrible about myself. The team constantly would cancel my appointment or my sisters because we had the same name and “thought” we were the same person. The team will call us repeatedly before our appointments not to confirm our times but to try to make us give up our spots for others. And when you come in at your regular time still you’re not greeted nicely, instead you’re asked what you had planned for the day to why you couldn’t come in later.
I have recently went in for a cleaning and they forget every time the procedures I have already done. And try to make me do those same ones again. When I say I have had the X-ray already i’m met with an unpleasant tone and then they find out I’m not lying. Dr. Toole made me feel less than human when we use to have great talks. He demeaned my intelligence and told me my teeth were soo awful and how I need to work on them. But another dentist said there is nothing wrong with my teeth, i just need a routine cleaning. I spent over 50 minutes being told how my mouth was horrible. I don’t think this place is good for anyone of color to go to. After having three women of color stop going to his office because of treatment I wouldn’t dare put a new person through this. As my friends have stopped coming here as well.

We have had positive experiences at Toole dentistry. My wife and I have been going for several years. Both the hygenists and Dr. Toole have been very friendly and professional. I just had a crown replaced and I was impressed by their attention to detail, concern for any pain I might be experiencing and keeping everything sanitized.

Can't recommend Toole Family Dentistry enough. Dr. Toole and his staff are the best! I have been to other dentists who have told me that I needed things when I didn't. The first time I went to see Dr. Toole was for a second opinion on some teeth that needed work. He was extremely straightforward and honest with me and saved me a lot of money (and anxiety) that I would have unnecessarily spent if I had gone with the other dentist. Not only that, but I am even more impressed that he personally takes the time to call and check up on his patients after you have work done. If you are looking for a skilled, honest, and trustworthy dentist look no further!
