Dentistry of Fishers: Dr. Jeremy Jones D.M.D.

First visit here and I'm very pleased so far! Didn't wait long to be seen, staff were all great, and communication was clear and thorough without being overwhelming. The place was neat and clean and this was the first non-uncomfortable cleaning I've had in a long time. Very happy!

Edit: Still having excellent experiences here. I was really nervous about having to get my first fillings and the staff took great care of me from start to finish. It was a big relief! Thank you so much.

this is going to be a long one- so grab your drink of choice and buckle up.

Firstly I want to say I give kudos to the dentist office for at least getting me in this calendar year as to other dentists and oral surgeons telling me it would be 2023 to get an infected tooth out. the first woman that came to get me was very nice and very empathetic towards my situation, I have PTSD from past trauma.

My first interaction with Nina & Jeremy were great. I really liked him at first! During the procedure of getting the tooth out, I asked to stop several times, and no one stopped anything during the procedure. I finally said “I’m throwing up” and which I got a sarcastic comment from the dentist each time this happened. I asked a few times what percentage of the way we were through with the procedure- and to each time, I was told “I don’t know, we just have to keep going”. Not a comforting thing to be told when sitting in the chair for two plus hours in pain.

I went in because I had a tooth infected so bad that it messed up my sinus cavity and infected my sinus’s. The ER told me I had to get it taken care of this week or I risked severe consequences To my health. This dentist office actually asked me to go
Home and consider getting the tooth pulled and “sleep on it”. The infection had spread so much, I was having fevers because of it. There was no time to think at this point. The time for thinking was over.

At the end of the procedure, I asked for gauze as I was bleeding from having a tooth pulled I was told “we have to do an X-ray”. Blood dripped from my mouth. That was wonderful. and then this office forgot to call in my pain meds until the next morning. That was really helpful. (Sarcasm). I even called the dentist after hours number asking for the pain meds to please be called in. Nope. Never heard back until the following morning. And then they called my emergency contact which is my mom, when there was no emergency. They said they didn’t have my cell but they did because of the paperwork and calling the previous day.

Stay away from this place. Bleed them dry of their money. They sure didn’t mind me sitting there with blood dripping waiting on the X-ray.

Staff is well coordinated. I have very little interaction with the front desk which means they are on top of the red tape/insurance. My hygienist is efficient and my teeth don't ache after. Recommend Dr Jones and staff.

Molly did a great job cleaning my teeth. Dr Jones has a perfect solution for people with no dental coverage and would be an excellent choice for people with coverage. What a beautiful new office space and everyone is very excited and super friendly.

Once again yesterday Dr Jones and his complete staff excelled at everything they did for me. From the numbing shot to the technology used to do a crown. I believe they deserve 10 STARS.

The lady at the front desk is welcoming and always smiling, the other lady that goes over your insurance and costs is FANTASTIC. She is super knowledgeable and explains everything really well.
The hygienists are super nice, patient and really take pride in their work. They take even the slightest amount of discomfort seriously and do what they can to alleviate it for you :)
Dr. Jones is my favorite dentist! He doesn’t try and push expensive treatment options on you and instead likes to try more conservative options if it’s a plausible treatment route. HIGHLY RECOMMEND This dental practice!

I have been a patient for a few years now. I have to stay foe someone who really dislike visiting the DDS. This office and Dr. Jones makes the visit as pleasant as possible very time. They are friendly, gentle and always walk you through what they are doing. They offer services but never push you into them. If I must see a dentist it will Dr Jeremy Jones!

My family has been patients with Dentistry if Fishers for years! They have continued to provide quality care. They have worked us in and called when there was an earlier opening. I recommend for top dental care.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to come here for a tooth that’s been bothering me. I’m not usually a fan of the dentist but everyone was so nice and very helpful! They got me in super quick and obviously wanted to help. Would definitely recommend!
