Smile Dentistry

This used to be a good office but they last two visits have been horrid. He is understaffed, not considering it for bookings, and his patients are paying for it! I just left and he made me cry 3 times because of the pain I was in. He numbed me 5 times for numbing 2 cavity areas (which is extremely high), then he will leave the room to work on other patients(gone for 20-30 minutes), while the numbing wears off then tries to work on you again! I will note, he made me cry AFTER the 5 shots, not that I was in pain, and he tried to fix it.
I would not wish either visit on anybody…

If there was another dentist to help see all of the patients, I believe this could be a very nice office but until then I would book somewhere else. They need more staff, and need to adjust their booking until so!

I absolutely love Smile Dentistry… Dr. Kaur and Karlie were amazing today. I was worried my broken tooth wasn’t going to be fixable but Karlie fixed it so perfectly I almost cried. Thank You both so much, I’m so happy to have found them…

Just recieved my new dentures and all I can say is Wow! I won't need any of that stuff that makes them stick to your roof of your mouth or anything like that, these are perfect, I mean perfect. I have been though a lot with my dentures over the past 15 years but these are the best I have ever had, best fit and they look real. It took about 4 or 5 visits for them to fit them but it was well worth the wait, these guys know what they are doing. Thank you thank you

It was pretty busy when I went. I understand that the demand is high, but leaving people in the room for almost an hour without anyone coming into the room is a little bizarre to me for a dentist. He was seeing a lot of people that day but maybe it would be more personable if they didn’t schedule so many people all at once.

They said they would do a cleaning after they did my fillings but that never happened and said that I would need to schedule a separate dentist appointment for that. I have never been to a dentist where they didn’t even go in an clean the teeth a little. All they did was x-rays and work on the teeth that needed fixed.

I appreciated the fact that they treated some of my cavities that day which is why they’re getting 3 stars but the rest of the experience was slightly off putting.

When I got home, I still had some of the filling stuck between my teeth and swallowed some accidentally not knowing how loose it was. This would have been prevented if they had gone in and cleaned. No mouth wash nothing. I also left with white stuff all over my face and the lady at the front desk was nice enough to tell me, the dentist assistant didn’t even say anything.

All in all it was a pretty bad experience to be honest.

Dr. Bacon and his team take great care with our family's dental needs. We appreciate his knowledgeable front office, his friendly and gentle assistants and appreciate Dr Bacon's thoroughness and approachable demeanor when we have questions or concerns.
I'm grateful we were referred to Smile and highly recommend this team.

Dr. Bacon drilled out a small amount of decay in my two front teeth. A member of his staff applied some numbing gel, then he gave me a shot of Novocaine. He did not allow for the Novocaine to "kick in" before he started drilling. Also, I paid $105.00 for nitrous oxide, which was a total waste of money! I do not recommend this Dentist for he seems to be in a rush and due to that fact, I endure unecessary pain! I will search for a Dentistry that is more concerned about the comfort of their patients!! Stay away!!!

Smile dentistry has been wonderful! Everyone is amazing from the front office staff to the dental hygienist to the dentists. Dr Bacon is the best dentist I have ever had. As a person with high anxiety with going to the dentist, and dental procedures, Dr. Bacon has always taken the upmost care and has always been very gentle.

Amazing. Our entire family has been going here for years. From simple cleanings to very involved procedures they are who we recommend to anyone that is looking for a new dentist. Everyone there are awesome to work with.

Seeing a new doctor or dentist is seemingly always a tossup, but I can honestly say, the people at Smile made me feel comfortable and welcome from the beginning. Very friendly ladies up front greeted me and checked me in, followed by a quick, but thorough x-ray and cleaning with my hygienist. The dentist I saw, forget his name, was super nice and pleasant to talk to. I'm happy I've found a great dental office so close to home. Highly recommend these people!

Checkup and cleaning went well. It did seem a little rushed and was surprised I wasn’t asked for a fluoride treatment post cleaning like I have been asked since I’ve been a client of Simply Smile since 2009. The new dentist that saw me after my cleaning was very nice and answered all my questions about having two old crowns replaced. And the front desk was good to explain the plan of treatment breakdown with all out of pocket costs once I checked out. I can say over the years, my wife and I have enjoyed going to simply smile, but my last two visits have been less than 5 stars. Lastly, it seems Simply Smile keeps going through new dentists quite frequently. Not sure why, but last three visits have been with a new dentist each time.
