I went in without insurance initially and the dental staff is friendly and very efficient with their appointments. I needed a special type of cleaning for my back molars and a couple of preventative fillings, which was a bit expensive for out of pocket.
I started looking for dental insurance and found a policy that showed Dr. Gray as an in-network dentist. I called the office and spoke with Julie to verify they accepted this specific insurance plan before purchasing it as I did enjoy the friendly and efficient staff at this office. Julie informed me that they do accept the specific plan I was inquiring about so naturally, I purchased the plan and made an appointment to get my dental work done, after making my appointment Julie said she'd call the insurance and call me back with what my out of pocket cost would be either that afternoon or the next day.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I had not received a phone call from Julie with my out of pocket cost. I called their office and she informed me that they are not in-network for the insurance plan that I had purchased, she assured me that she called a few days prior and left a voicemail (neither of which appeared on my phone). I had to cancel my appointment and call my insurance company who mentioned they had just talked to her the afternoon before.
In short, Dr.Gray is listed as an in-network dentist from her prior office and has not had her name taken off their list. It was at this point that Julie informed me that their office only takes PPO insurance, something that should have been immeaditely been mentioned when I called to verify they accepted the insurance I was looking at purchasing 2 weeks prior.
TLDR: I purchased Dental insurance that the receptionist Julie assured me they accepted, made an appointment and was told I'd hear back about my out of pocket costs, never received that phone call, waited 2 weeks for my appointment only to find out they do not accept the insurance I specifically asked about. Had I not called I would have shown up to the office to be told they didn't accept my plan. This has been a waste of money and my time. The actual professional staff is great but because of their front of house I cannot recommend this place and have to rescind recommendations already made to friends.

Everything was good, cleaning, etc , till my fillings . Even though I told the woman that my filling was too much and the other side of my teeth do not touch each other anymore, she did not care. She checked and thought that’s okay, the doctor let this woman do my filling, and she did not introduce herself, is she a doctor or technician? Since I was numb and anxious, I couldn’t ask enough questions. And the woman at the desk was rude at the second visit . I will not go there again and I will need to ask to another doctor for shaving the extra filling. I feel that my left side of the teeth doesn’t touch.

My children and I have been going to this dentist for almost 8 years and I've never had any complaints. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out. I love Dr. Gray and get team. Recommend to anyone trying to find a new Dental office.

The workers were very pleasant and nice very professional they took out time to talk to me to see how I was feeling and to even listen to me because the day I went I was dealing with a lot of family issues but they were very nice and patient with me I appreciate that that made me feel like someone cared they were also gentle and took their time while working with my mouth thank you 21st century for being there for me
