The staff are very pleasant and caring. I got the feeling that they really cared about my care and wanted to my experience as pleasant as possible. They took the time to form a plan and gave me ideas on how to pay for services. My only complaint is that because they are experiencing a staffing issue, I was unable to get my teeth cleaned. Although I’m glad the did the x-rays, I felt like my time was wasted. I didn’t leave the facility in any better shape then I left. It’s a bit frustrating. Other than that I had a decent experience.

When I called this company to get a price for teeth cleaning service I was instructed to come in to get examined etc. I told them 6 months ago I received a cleaning and I can have that office forward the records. Still couldn’t get a price over phone. Bottom line I’m not wasting my time Or anyones else if they can’t be transparent with price for a general cleaning. It’s like buying a car give me the price then I decide if it’s of good quality. I’m laughing at the moment because I never been to this dentistry and I’m leaving a review based off the conversation I had with their agent 😂. Energy(The Vibe) of people speaks before we ever meet them.

I am so happy with the treatment from all the ladies. This is the 1st dental office containing all Women. So comforting😊. I have been seen 4 times. Mo problems at all to report. I recommend 21st Century Dental to anyone.
