East Indy Dental Care

Today was a day I have been dreading but the staff made me feel very comfortable with the procedure I had done. They are extremely friendly and made the experience very pleasant. Thank you for taking such good care of my needs. My family and I look forward to our future visits to Dr. LeClere and her staff.

After going to the same place for 22 years, I was nervous to switch to a new dentist. I shouldn’t have worried, as everyone was very nice and friendly. It was a very thorough exam.

I have found I believe the best D.I took my daughter who is 11. She has had experiences with other D.D.S that have been very negative . So have I . Ranging from being rude,impatient ,non responsive to needs feeling as though she was just another person that needed to be in and out of the chair asap .At times she was scared not wanting to return. But ..THIS D.D.S Sarah LaClare WAS THE OPPOSITE OF ALL THAT and took away my daughter's fears and mine ! My daughter told me she felt good about returning and wasn't scared . The dentist made her feel welcomed and explained things to her. Not just to me. She had a question after the dentist left the room and I said we will ask next time. The assistant heard me and said what's your question . To me this is very important sign that they care. I'm very happy we found this place. This is very important to me and by far THE MOST IMPORTANT, she needs a PROCEDURE that I CANT AFFORD. INSURANCE WONT Pay FOR ALL OF IT . AND IF NOT DONE . IT is going to IMPACT HER for the REST of HER LIFE. They found a way to do something temporarily so I can save and have it done in the future. And it's something my insurance will pay for . I've never ever had options like this my whole entire life or through any d.d.s for any of my kids . I'd give them 10 stars of If I could.

I don't usually write business reviews, but if you are looking for dental services I wholeheartedly recommend East Indy Dental. Dr. LeClere and the entire staff were knowledgable, kind, helpful, and professional, and they eased a lot of my anxiety about visiting the dentist.

I went for a checkup late last year, during which they did a full evaluation and took time to explain to me what issues they found, how they happen and what it means for my dental health, and what would be required to address them. They ran my insurance and sat and explained the costs associated with the procedures and answered all of my questions. Yesterday I went back to have some cavities filled, and the process was surprisingly painless–both in the chair and at the checkout counter–and I slept much better last night knowing that those issues had been fixed.

I've had bad experiences with dentists and orthodontists in the past, and I'm diabetic so I know all about hidden fees and the various kinds of uncertainty that often accompany treatment procedures. The staff went out of their way to avoid all of the above, and I'm grateful for that. My experience with East Indy Dental was very easy and positive, and I've already recommended them to several friends.

Very nice friendly staff. They were able to get my son into office within an hour. They went over all possible treatments. They did so well with my autistic son. They were understanding and did everything they could to make him comfortable and calm. Highly recommend this dentist office.

Dr. Sarah and her team were amazing! She is kind, professional and thorough. Her team helped me understand my insurance and helped me get the dental care I needed. Dr. LaClere and her staff are wonderful. The office is operated by an all woman team (as far as I can tell from my visits), is located is at the heart of Irvington directly on the bus line, and accepts Medicaid. They are kind, attentive, and do quality work including sedation and restorative dentistry. It's easy to communicate/schedule by text, email, or voice; the East Indy Dental Care Team responds fast.
