Our entire family loves Mass Ave Family Dentistry. Dr. So is great with kids, teens, and adults. She was always very patient and reassuring with my sons when they were young. If she doesn't think she is the right person to help a child, she will refer them out rather than take on something she isn't skilled to handle as a family dentist.
I appreciate the holistic, biological dentistry approach. I was seeking a fluoride free, mercury free office and Mass Ave Family Dentistry meets those requirements. Dr. So also honors parent choice in when to do x-rays. She educates and doesn't push or shame. I trust her judgment and appreciate that she doesn't get agitated like some other professionals if I have a reason to do something else.
Amanda is a fabulous and gentle hygienist. We always enjoy the visits and she is terrific at what she does.
Don't let the downtown location scare you off. They have dedicated parking spots just steps away so you don't have to solve the parking challenge on your own.
I'm grateful Indianapolis has Dr. So and her team to provide us with progressive, holistic dental care locally. When I learned of the dangers of modern dentistry, I fully expected to have to travel to find safe care. I'm glad I was wrong and found Dr. So.

The BEST dentist! I usually hate going to the dentist, but they made me so comfortable my first time going here and have made me so comfortable ever since! Everyone in this office is so friendly and welcoming. Personally my favorite thing is that it doesn’t smell like a dentist office and they always have great music on!

Love Doctor So and her staff. They are professional, accommodating, and focused. Our care has been quick, excellent, and above just the normal dental cleaning you would get. Dr. So is available for questions and has taken excellent care of our entire family. We travel 40 minutes or more to go to her practice for care and think it is absolutely worth it!
Amanda is the kindest and most patient hygienist. She takes very good care of our young children and goes out of her way to help them feel comfortable.

I love Katherine, but the office is leaves a lot to be desired. Late bills sent over, and they only care about the bottom line. Great place to go if you have 3 months to wait for an appointment, or if you like being billed for missed appointments....even though the appointment was scheduled less than 24 hours ago! Insult to injury when you have an emergency. The only good thing about the office are the Nimbus toothbrushes they buy.

Hate the dentist? Try Dr. So. She and her team are incredibly warm and caring. They took the time to explain procedures and the health of my teeth. The office was pleasant and relaxing--words I don't typically associate with the dentist. I've moved away from Indy, and I can honestly say that I miss Dr. So as my dentist.
Also, the toothbrushes (Nimbus) they give out are amazingly soft. I've started ordering them on Amazon.
