10/10 recommend, If I could give a billion stars I would. There aren’t enough nice words to describe the staff at keystone dental group. I’ve always been very anxious and scared of any dentist/doctor .. if they had a needle I was TERRIFIED lol. Yesterday I had an emergency, I was in so much pain and needed a root canal done, I walked in ,in tears from the pain and left smiling (and numb) . I woke up this morning feeling great, it’s the first time in about a month my face hasn’t hurt. Dr.Javed explained the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Him and his staff are always understanding,gentle, thorough, and extremely friendly which I love. Thank you all for taking care of me!
Got Blisters
TLTR: Dr Javed installed 2 crown molars that are too short. The crowns don't even come in contact with my upper molars. Dr Javed's solution was to grind down my healthy teeth until his malformed crowns made contact with my upper molars! I had to stop him before he did more damage. Chewing on that side is now useless. By far, the worst dentist I've ever experienced in my life. I have to find a new dentist to have Dr Javed's crowns replaced.
I needed a root canal and 2 crowns. Dr Javed worked on the root canal for 2 hours & was unable to finish it so he "packed the roots full of medicine" he said, and put a temporary crown on it. The temp crown was too tall and put excessive pressure on the root canal. The next day the pain was worse than before. I returned to have it corrected. Dr Javed over-compensated and took more off the temp crown than was needed. Now there was no bite pressure at all on that tooth, but the pain was finally gone.
3rd visit finished the root canal & worked on preparing 2nd crown. Two new temporary crowns installed & both were too short. No bite pressure at all. No contact with the upper molars. I tell him & Dr Javed acknowledges. I assumed he was gonna have it fixed with the permanent crowns. Meanwhile, the new gap between my molars causes me to bite the inside of my cheek all the time.
4th visit; I state before beginning the procedure about no bite pressure on that entire side and some pain in one of the molars(not the root canal). Dr Javed installs the permanent crowns and they are EXACLTY like the temporary ones. Too shallow, no bite pressure at all! I tell him and his solution was to start grinding down on healthy teeth until his incorrectly sized crowns fit. That's right! He starting grinding on the other side on healthy teeth. I expressed my shock and questioned his solution. I asked, "You want to grind down healthy enamel on healthy teeth?" He replied that he was only grinding down "old crowns & fillings." The bite pressure is so far off that he would have had to grind down 6 to 9 healthy teeth, including pre-molars! Only a few of those have fillings and none of them are old crowns. At that point I just wanted out of his office. I told him things are fine the way they are and I'll deal with it. I just wanted out of there.
What a horrifying experience! This was, by far, the worst dental experience of my life. Dr Javed was also heavy handed. I left with bruises on the inside of my cheek and my gums were cut and bleeding. He also fumbled with his tools a couple times by jabbing me in the lip with a sharp dental probe tool, and his drill made contact with the rubber splash guard, violently ripping it off my face. This guy is a complete hack.
It's been a few weeks now and I'm still in shock at just how bad of a job he did. I read the reviews first. I thought this was going to be a winner. Sure, they're friendly and accommodating for any fears you may have. But the bottom line comes down to the quality of the work. I'm going to have to get these crowns replaced. I can't properly chew food on that side anymore. But I don't trust this guy to touch me again.

Getting a tooth pulled is not fun. It can be hard to even want to make an appointment just because of the anxiety of the appointment. Well this group of wonderful people helped me threw my anxiety, they were so nice and helped me threw everything so easy and nice. The tooth pull was easy and i credit it to not just the dentist but the wonderful staff as well.

I was in the worst pain of my life for a couple days and got an abscess and I came here and they were all so friendly and polite. I've always been so terrified of the dentist but they talked me through everything and got the teeth out of my mouth. I will be coming back.
