My whole family sees Dr.Javed after I went to him once about a year and a half ago. He’s very straight forward and caring. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and he was able to fill a cavity she had with no fight. During my last visit he gave me a refund check for my prepayment if a crown I had to get. When I informed his receiptionist Jessica of the cost I had to incur going to a specialist for a root canal on my very back tooth, and the fact that it had absorbed my entire dental benefit for then year, she decided to open a new case with my insurance and got them to pay for the entire cost of the crown. Amazing team! We will be sticking with them!

Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical of going to a dentist in a strip mall next to a pay as you go cell phone store. However, my concerns were immediately put to rest when I walked through the front door. Dr. Javed greeted me when I came in, introduced himself and shook my hand. The practice was extremely clean and inviting. The hygienists were very friendly and cordial. My cleaning & filing didn't take very long and was painless. I was especially impressed with the technology they used while I was there. The dental x-rays were shown & explained to me immediately and Dr. Javed had a camera tool to show me a cavity I wouldn't have otherwise been able to see. They also had Netflix and HBO on each television to watch while I was having my exam. Great experience all around and I'll definitely be back.

I have been a patient here for 4 years, and I've always enjoyed my office visits, up until this recent experience. I have noticed through the years Dr. Javed never seems to keep the same hygenists around very long. That's okay, I know a lot of offices rotate staff. I do wish he would do a better job vetting his staff, however. This most recent hygenist had an attitude for days. First, she got upset because I decided not to get Xrays during this visit, she made sure I knew how "disappointed" she was. When we started the cleaning I mentioned to her that I was still working and I didn't mean to be rude, but I had to follow up on emails and texts as there was an issue at work. 2 minutes into the cleaning my phone rings, one of those "I have to take this or I could lose my job moments", I aplogized twice and said I had to answer. She proceeded to toss her equipment on the tray and storm away. I was on the phone less than 2 minutes (literally), all the while I hear my hygenist behind my head RANTING to another hygenist about how rude it was to answer my phone and how ticked off she was. As soon as I hung up she walked over and said "well, I will do my best to clean your teeth in the time we have left, but I can't exactly clean them while you're chatting on the phone". While her statement is true, and I understood where she was coming from, her attitude sucked! I had apologized, warned her I was still working, and been polite and quick on the phone. She proceeded to clean my teeth and ended up having ample time to finish. When she was done she said the dentist would come check, then they would administer a floride treatment for an extra 20$ charge, I said okay just to get her off my case. The dentist came and my teeth were great. Once he walked away I told her my in law was a hygenist and she could bring me floride. I literally couldn't stand her attitude that much that I lied so I didn't have to deal with her anymore. She said "yeah, well, that's illegal, so good luck with that" and proceeds to storm away. As we pass the dentist and get to the front check out she suddenly becomes so sweet! "Thank you for coming to see us today, I hope to see you back!" Gasp! She must be within ear shot of Dr. Javed. As I'm checking out I correct the front desk lady because she was over charging me. She radios back to my hygenist down the hall (if you've been here you know how small this office is) and I hear my hygenist repeat her rant to the front desk lady, who proceeds to laugh and give me a glance. I pay, and she says "so, are you going to come back?". Not a "hey, let's schedule your next visit". I politely told her I was moving and would just find another dentist. She proceeded to make jabs about telling her if I had a bad experience and that she would "gladly communicate" any issues to the staff, before I get a word out the hygenist walks up to the front desk, hands on her hips with a foul look on her face. Yes, because I'm sure your staff is open to critique. I just took my receipt and walked out. I sincerely like Dr. Javed and would have had no issue driving to see him for future checkups since I still work in the area, but with those two girls working there, I definitely won't be back. These are the types of individuals that will make you lose customers very quickly. If you had issues, you should have stepped into a different room, taken a few deep breaths, and let it go. Not rant within ear shot of a paying client. Your job is just as much about customer service as it is being a hygenist. I will no longer be recommending this office to friends and family. Dr. Javed is a wonderful dentist, but his support staff is sincerely unprofessional.

I would highly recommend this dental office. The staff were very pleasant and they made me feel like I was in good hands. They discussed everything they were going to do before they did it and informed of the costs before any procedure was completed so that I wouldn't be stuck with a high bill that I couldn't afford. I went in concerned about an issue and it was fixed immediately. I will definitely be going back!

Dr. Javed and the staff are just wonderful ! I am always nervous to go to the dentist but they made me feel so comfortable. Courtney you did an awesome job ! I'm sending everyone In need of a dentist your way :)

Honestly, I did not want to go to the dentist based on a past dental visit. But I ultimately did not have a choice when a tooth broke whilst eating pistachios. Dr. Javed was not only genuinely interested in conversation, he was honest and dedicated in regards to what I needed. The staff was overly welcoming and accommodating. Dr. Javed's dedication was shown by telling me what I needed and staying after closing to finish what he started. The procedure I had done had NO residual pain (root canal/crown fitting) needing literally nothing but a couple of ibuprofens afterwards. My view on dental visits has changed and I plan to continue my journey of getting my teeth where I need them to be with this group of awesome professionals.

Dr. Javed is so down to earth and professional at the same time. It is rare to find a general dentist that will take on the task of extracting wisdom teeth but he does and he is great at it! His office is in such a convenient location too! :)

Ecellent Staff and Environment. Very professional and efficient. All work done in a timely manner. Dr. Javed did anexcellent review after Xrays and Exam. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Definitely the most professional staff I've encountered at any business. Lena made setting up the appointment super easy. Once in Julie, Marricka, and Dr. Javed all did a great job in helping me out. Dr. Javed made recommendations based on what he saw and it was the right decision.
