I have not been to the dentist in about 6 years or so due to bad experience I finally got the courage to go to the dentist all I can say is thank God for Dr. Chang she took the time to explain to me everything that she was going to do. she make sure that I was fine and what I love about her she was very very gentle and her staff is just as wonderful as she is. Bri starts out with a professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming attitude that makes you feel right off the bat in good hands. They communicate with excellence and make every effort to work with your schedule to meet your needs. Dr. Chang is even more amazing. I've had horrible experiences with dentists, so often, I thought it was normal, and have avoided dental work for far too long as a result. Not only did she validate my feelings but she communicated her plan and everything else she was doing. She was efficient, gentle, and considerate. Considering how much she did in one visit I'm amazed that my jaw isn't even a little sore. This whole practice is just....... Unmatched in excellence. I don't even live in the state of Indiana but was working here. I will fly back in for all my dentist needs.
