They also go out of their way to make me feel comfortable (thank you Monica for the friendly distractions!) in the chair and confident in their recommendations and in their work. I had a new hygienist at my last appointment. Her name is Audrey. I thought she was wonderful! So careful as she was cleaning my teeth and very pleasant. I felt like I was in good hands. Dr. Valerie was also her usual bubbly self. She's great!

The care I have received at Guido Family Dentistry over the years has been a warm, patient, and caring experience.
I was "that guy" who neglected my oral health for years, but extreme tooth pain (from ignoring it!) brought me to Dr Guido's office for palliative care and then a root canal.. Although the root canal was very successful, I made a promise to myself to never let my oral health go.. They created a personalized care plan for me and explained every detail to me.. I am proud to say that I have stayed on the maintenance and have restored my oral health thanks to the wonderful Doctors and staff.. I cannot recommend them enough.. Thank you for giving me the courage to restore my health!

Really friendly staff. They really take the time to educate you about your teeth health.
I felt as though additional services and fees may have been pushed on me though. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a cancer screening at another dentist office for example. I was asked to come in for an additional cleaning that I would have had to pay out of pocket. I get that I may have needed every service I was charged for today but I still feel like maybe I might have been taken advantage of for not asking enough questions.

Having been a patient of Dr. Guido since 2004 I am a bit late in a review, but NOT because it's not well deserved...
Dr. Guido and his staff are top-notch in their care, people skills but also dental technology. Nearly once a year I see some new tech they are using to make patient and dental care more efficient and safer for everyone.
Yes Dr. Guido is an IU dental grad (as you would expect here in Indiana). As a Boilermaker I thoroughly enjoy the Purdue-IU banter with him, but it's always great discussion and it never gets ugly. FYI - he also support the Boilers as he lives / works here and is just flat-out an all around good-guy.
This Boiler HIGHLY recommends this IU grad and his practice for ALL your dental needs!

I have been going to Dr. Guido for years and would highly recommend him based on that alone. But, yesterday, he went above and beyond. He worked my daughter into his schedule for an emergency service, and she was not his patient. He worked with her for 2 1/2 hours and called today to see how she is doing. What a caring guy! Great staff, too!

Dr Guido and his staff set the standard for dental care. They go above and beyond to ensure comfort and a positive experience every time I go there. He has done 2 repairs and same day crowns and I'm actually receiving my third today. Not only is the process really cool and state-of-the-art, it eliminates the 2-3 week process usually
Involved with traditional crowns. The color matches perfectly and there was virtually no discomfort. All of this in about 2 1/2 hours.
I'll definitely remain a loyal patient and would highly recommend him to anyone.
