Kindness, courtesy, compassion and confidence. I wish I could express how wonderful Dr's McDonald are to their patients and staff. Always make me feel like I'm coming to a friend's for a visit. Excellent chairside manner, always disclose, with pictures! what needs to be done and no surprise up charges, ever. The staff!! The staff is great, so talented, respectful of your time, they go above and beyond a "visit to the dentist." I like both McDonalds, but Dr. Christy is a personal favorite. Nikki is my favorite Dental Hygienist. For someone who "white knuckled" every dental visit before finding the McDonald's, I look forward to my visit. NO MORE WHITE KNUCKLES! Thanks to the Doc's and staff at McDonald Family Dentrisry.
