Probably some of the rudest receptionist ladies. It’s obvious they want to get out by 2 and will direct their anger toward you. Dentist was very professional just a weird company culture i guess

My experience here was great! The staff is all very friendly and welcoming. The environment is clean and looks brand new. They were able to get me on the schedule so quickly compared to my old dentist! Dr. Hopkinson took excellent care of me and made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous about getting a filling. I would 100% recommend Hamilton Town Dentistry.

Very excited to write this review.. I had a full implant surgery done last week and I could not be happier. After years of have a terrible smile in my personal and professional life I now have the best smile in the room. The staff here was super friendly and very supportive of my journey.
My current teeth are a plastic material and I will recevie my final teeth in about 5 months made of Zirconia. Thaks again to the staff at Hamilton Town Dentistry for making me feel and look like a Rock Star !

This is the most wonderful group of people. The Dentist and his staff felt like family by the time I left. Really kind and considerate. The office is lovely and kept very clean. I went there because of an emergency- a broken tooth. It was my first time there but I was treated like one of their own. Now I am planning to make this my Dental home!

It would have been better not to share fine details over the internet.
We never argued about your policies; instead, it was a request.
Your overall demeanor was not very friendly, to begin with.
If you care about HIPAA, I suggest you install some doors at exam room entrances (exam rooms entrances are wide open and anyone can hear and see what goes on inside) or sound shielding. I could hear all your jolly conversations (with other patients) sitting inside one of the exam room. And your tone was different (than what I experienced) in discussions with other patients.
Your exam room wasn’t very clean, and I could see a lot of human hair and debris at the base of the exam/treatment table.
To answer your comment about being in the hallway, You never asked me to go outside in the waiting area. I left by myself once I noticed the situation.

We love Dr Hopkins ,he is wonderful as well as the higenist. They are great.
The 4 starts is due to the front desk which at times is very unpleasant.
I am not expecting the super fake all wonderful customer service but this is, at times, the other extreme.
There is one person in particular that she seems to be very upset , I don't take personal but still. Like at said not pleasant.

This group exhibits professionalism from the time you walk in. As a new patient and needing specific work done, this group put a plan together quickly, fully reviewed it with me including a time line and cost and then executed very nicely. Dr. Hopkinson and his staff have always been friendly, environment is always spotless and service is excellent. I have no hesitation to recommend this group for your dental work.
