Office is clean, quiet and very attractive. There is enough parking and it's right in front of the office. Staff is professional, very personable and there's a family atmosphere. The hygienist always adequately numbs the tooth roots before cleaning my teeth--that's a deal breaker for me. Dr Richardson went the extra mile for me, and I'll always remember her for that. I've been going to Kluth's for three years and intend to stick with them.

Subpar dentist with equally poor customer service.
I paid over $1000 for them to put a crown on one of my teeth. I made no less than 5 trips back to their office over a number of months for "bite adjustments" because the tooth continued to bother me. Never once did they take an x-ray to see if anything else was going on. I went to another dentist that promptly took an x-ray and told me the tooth is infected and needs a root canal. Now I get to pay not only for a root canal, but another crown for a competent dentist to do the work.
To add insult to injury, I emailed the office asking for an estimate to fix the tooth. The reply said to call the office to make an appointment because I would need to be seen in order to provide an estimate. Nope, they couldn't bother calling me to schedule an appointment, or offer to schedule through email, that's far too convenient after dragging me into thier office 5 times. And hadn't they seen my mouth enough!? Just what exactly were they going to figure out the 6th time they couldn't the 5 times before?
If you need your teeth cleaned they can probably do that. I wouldn't trust them with anything else.

I LOVE this dentistry. The whole staff is nice and welcoming. The interior is beautfiul, comfortable, and clean. Dr. Richardson is amazing!!! I have never gotten shots that I didn’t feel.. she’s incredible. If I knew there was a place like this, I would’ve been a patient here a long time ago.

Nice people working with the Doctors. Dr. Kluth was attentive, but vanished once he was done, I wasn't done as I had questions. I wasn't able to speak with Dr. Kluth, but his nurse attempted to answer my questions.
My #1 concern is why dental implants are so ridiculously expensive 😫 😩 🤯 😱 🤔 😳 😲.

After reading the reviews she reached out and heard back from Dr Richardson right away. Her experience from start to finish was top notch. I would highly recommend this practice. Kluth family dentistry is the best. Been with them for a few years and Dr. Julie Byers is the best. You never feel rushed there, no matter what you are being seen for. It makes a big difference to you anxiety level when you only see smiling faces. I highly recommend Kluth family dentistry.

I recently had work to put a crown on a back tooth. Dr Richardson and her assistant worked as an excellent team. They made sure I was comfortable and explained everything during the process. The crown fit perfectly and I have had no issues in the 2 weeks since having this work done. Awesome!

I decided to come here because the first impression I got over the phone with Missy was amazing. She was super nice and down to earth! Then when I first came into the office, the interior was GORGEOUS (another bonus point). Then I get to the back and the level of detail they took when working on my teeth was also impressive. They double checked every single tooth to ensure they were truly clean, (unlike most dentists that just do everything once then say “well looks like you’re all good!” when you’ve only been there 20 minutes. lol)
all of my teeth felt the cleanest they’ve ever been when I left, and that isn’t an exaggeration!
Overall, I would recommend this dentist to anyone!
