Dr. Shawn Petersen and his team are exceptional. My first routine exam was incredibly detailed and thorough, and when I needed a root canal, I was pleasantly surprised - absolutely no pain (except the pin-prick Novocaine shot), and recovery was smooth. I have never been in such professional, friendly, and competent hands.

When my longtime dentist retired, the remaining dentists in his office decided to not take our insurance. We looked for an alternative and then the flyer came in the mail. We saw Dr. Daniels and instantly connected to this compassionate and capable doctor. He has gone above and beyond to help me overcome my anxiety and make the best decisions for my dental health. I trust him. He has helped so much and is very gentle. I hope he stays around for a long, long time.

I NEVER leave bad reviews, BUT I tried this place based on reviews and it DID NOT reflect the reviews out there. Ironically one of my friends had an appointment scheduled for her family the day after mine and said her experience was similar to mine and so awful! So I deeply regret having to leave this review but feel its necessary to inform others wondering rather to try it or not!
So many things wrong with this experience. Didn't get xrays which in return had an issue 6 weeks later that could've been avoided had there been an xray. They gave me close to 10 x-rays of my teeth...with the largest mouth piece I've ever had! I've gone to the dentist every 6 months my entire life and never had that many x-rays in one visit. Nor have I ever had issues with a mouth piece for x-rays but OH MY...I thought I was gonna throw up from it being so huge! I specifically asked about a crack in my daughters tooth and they said "there's nothing there"...& 6 weeks later we had a huge issue with it. Which the specialist told us...that's more than likely where the problem stemmed from. The dental assistant was short tempered and rude to us. And told us all we weren't flossing or brushing correctly. I've never been told that in my whole life. Unfortunately it just was a very bad experience that serious issues were overlooked.

Our family has been long time patients of Dr. Markham, clear back to when he started his practice in Anita. We moved away from the area for several years, and I was disappointed to find that I didn't get the quality of care and service that Dr. Markham's office has. Absolutely phenomenal experience from Cyndi at check in to Tamie and Dr Markham and the hygeniest Hayley it was a wonderful experience! I would recommend all of them to everyone, it was and always has been a great experience. Doc Markham, even though he can't go left, is second to none a true one of a kind gentleman!
