This is my third dentist at this location. It's a nice office with friendly staff. Hygienist was good, exam was fine. But - I thought Dr. Robles missed an opportunity when he failed to introduce himself, nor did he review my x-rays with me (something my past dentists have done). He was professional and seemed knowledgeable, I just felt that he missed an opportunity to make a really good first impression. A dentist relationship can last for years, and I'd prefer to have that relationship with someone who makes a more personal connection with their patients.

I had my first checkup with the new dentist today and it was great! I really liked the new hygienist as well as the new dentist. Both were very personable, thorough, and seemed to love what they do. I have been a patient of this office since I was a child and had considered switching after Dr. Strub retired as I wasn't impressed with his replacement. He seemed more interested in the paycheck than the patient, and that was not what I loved about this practice. I hated to do it as I loved the ladies at the front desk and appreciated the personal touch of knowing me by name as well as my kids. I'm glad I stayed, as the new team in back are great and the ladies at the front are the same smiling faces I'm used to seeing. I look forward to seeing this practice grow and can't recommend this practice and Dr. Robles enough!

Greeted by a very friendly receptionist, my hygienist was experienced and very personable and Dr Robles did a great job of listening to my dental concerns and going over treatment options. I did not feel pressured or felt like they were trying to "upsale" me trearments and products as many offices in area are known for.

Dr. Horak is a great dentist. He will answer all of your questions and listen to your concerns. He has a very calm personality which really helps people. I would recommend him, and do, to everyone I come in contact with.
He also has a very efficient staff. They are very kind and caring.

The office staff was very nice. I I had an emergency where I had a tooth break and they were able to get me in at the last minute. The dentist rooms were very nice and clean the DR was real good at what he did. I loved the TV on the ceiling to help pass the time. I would recommend.
