Sat on hold for ten minutes to request a radiograph they took on my father, who has released HIPAA rights to me, be sent to the oral surgeon they referred to and they refused. Stated the Oral Surgeon should have or can take a different film. I would not trust this office! My father's insurance and out of pocket completely paid for the radiograph they took and he is well within his rights to request it be shared with a different dentist. Shame on this practice for withholding that.
Update: While the practice has responded with an apology and released the radiograph to the Oral Surgeon, Dr. Pinkham has now called to yell at & harass me regarding my review twice. States his business can’t afford to have my review publicly listed and that he will be contacting his attorney if I don’t delete it.

Its my first visit here and i really like how they accomodate people from the receptionist to the staff and dentist....and dr. Jimmie pinkham is a really nice and good dr. For me ..because he is doing his best to make u feel comfortable ...so they deserve 5 star ...i hope they will keep it that way
