Hands down best dental practice in the Des Moines metro! Witnessed the only one star review today by GW and it most definitely was not the case. The gentleman could not be pleased from the second he walked in the door. His demeanor in the reception area and parking lot demonstrated he was clearly anything but all there. The only apology that should be extended was for his unprofessional and apathetic behavior as well as the disrespect toward staff and patients in the practice. Kudos to Dr. Campbell for his tolerance and professionalism in response.

I have been going to this Dentist office for most of my life and the Doctors and staff are wonderful. Recently I moved away from Des Moines and live 30 min away and still decide to use this location because of their personalities, work, and overall experience delivered to me each time I have an appointment.

First Time Customer! Walked in for my appointment. Was asked to answer a few questions. I don't have a problem answering personal questions but to do it verbally in front of other people in the lobby is a HIPPA Violation! I asked the girl who was rude from the beginning why am I answering these questions again when I filled out the same questions online the night before. She said it was for something else. I said well I don't like answering these questions again in front of other people. She said in a very rude way "Then write it down" I said I already provided this information the night before. So a little concerned about where my personal information is going. She then told me if I did not have my Delta Dental Card she could not do anything for me today. So Dr. Campbell came out and asked what was wrong. I told him I am not comfortable providing my information in this setting. I also told him she said I can't be helped without my dental card. No apologies no nothing! So I left.
