I was forced to come here about 8 years ago when I was on medicaid after my child was born. I had a terrible experience with having my back two molars (on both sides of my mouth) essentially drilled away between two teeth and having them filled. Only, they didn't get all of the decay, closed it in with said filling and I had to have them removed and redone with more damage done. Now I'm back on medicaid and forced to choose between two less than 3 star dentists. I'm terrified to come back so I won't. I'd rather pay out of pocket for a good cleaning than be told I have cavities - only for them to seal them IN vs taking care of it properly. I thought I would share my experience to prevent other people from having a bad experience that turns into an even more debt-inducing issue later on down the road after realizing once again people have to choose between sub-par and inferior dental care when on medicaid.

I called on Monday 9/9 to schedule and appointment if possible the same day. The receptionist told me I needed to have my x-ray from another clinic transfer to theirs. She said she'll go ahead an schedule my appointment on Wednesday 9/11. She said the x-ray should be in by then.
My appointment day. Came in and checked in. Receptionist was rude and said I didn't have an appointment. I told her can she double check. She said no, she don't have me in the system. I told her my situation that I called on Monday. And she said she remembered and that she didn't put me on the schedule. You got to be kidding me! I told her then what should I do? She said she guess she can squeeze me in. So she gave some papers to fill out. Later told me I had an appointment on 9/10 Tuesday. I said no, I had appointment today. She got rude and told me I'm not listening to her and that my appointment was yesterday. I told her my appointment was today and i talked to the receptionist on Monday. She told me it wasn't her and that they put me for yesterday. When earlier she told me it was her i talked to on Monday. I told her, do she talk to all the patients like this? Seriously...i thought i was getting punked! I told her I'm taking my business elsewhere.

I absolutely adore this dentist! She's kind, compassionate, funny and does one heck of a job on a beautiful smile! My teeth were in bad shape and she did a fantastic job keeping my pearlies white! 😁

Very rude. The reception called me and yelled at me because I forgot about my appointment. I have a busy life and sometime I forget stuff. After she yelled at me she hung up asap without giving me time to reply! This not only happened to me but my parents as well. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend this to anyone !

Horrible experience. If you want someone to make you feel horrible about your self go see her! This place was horrible and the dentist threatened to pull my tooth that came in for her to fix. After me arguing with her she EASILY fixed it then ran out front to tell them I can't return. As someone who has a phobia of dentists in which I told this lady she confirmed my fears. I seriously went home having a panic attack and in tears!!

Zero stars! Terrible experience they let my mouth bleed they never let me rinse, after I got out from their building right away I threw up. They were in a hurry like someone was running after them. The receptionist on the phone call assumed and made fun of how I don’t know my ssn. Very terrible experience it’s not ok!

I'm scared to death of dentists. She definitely handled me very well. I ended up passing out a couple different times. But she handled it in stride. She is a little rough around the edges and I could understand how that could cause some personalitly clashes. But as far as being a dentist and getting the job doNE well. I think she did a great job. The girls she has working for her seem to usually be students but she is always getting on them to make sure they are getting things doNE quickly and efficiently.

Always gave me a quick and easy consultation. Considering how bad my teeth were she did an amazing job fixing what she could and replacing what she couldn't. I would go back to her in a heart beat. Thank you!!!!!

Receptionist is rude. Yelled at me because the person I was calling for had missed an appointment 6 months prior which was completely out of my control as I wasn’t helping this individual back then and didn’t even know them at that point in time!

Very efficient and effective experience. All questions were well answered thoroughly. I had as good of an experience as is possible at a dentist's office
