Wonderful and knowledgeable group! Been going here for a few years now and will keep doing so. In my life I have been to many different dental practices but this is the first where I actually feel comfortable and have trust in their capabilities and genuineness as to quality of care and quality of personalities. I no longer have “white coat syndrome” when it comes to going to the dentist, and if you knew me you would know that says a lot about my trust and fondness for the great people at University Dental.

Everyone I had contact with - starting from my initial phone call all the way through my entire appointment, made me feel welcome, listened to, and cared for. I cannot say enough good things about my experience there. Every step of the way i felt they were taking the time to explain what they were doing and why. Dr. Patrick was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I recently moved to Des Moines and was a little nervous going to a new Dentist but I feel like I hit a home run picking Dr. Patrick and the University Dental Group.

The dentist was very friendly and took time to answer my questions. The staff at University Dental Group is warm and very professional. I really liked the University Dental Group and will definitely recommend them.

The staff was very kind and welcoming. I saw Dr Lauren and she was very informative about the procedure I was having done. I appreciated her professionalism and enjoyed her fun personality!

Dr. Spellman is awesome and she and the hygienists that work here are all so friendly. Very clean, quiet waiting room and the whole process was really efficient from start to finish. They are also very thorough with your oral and dental health. All around best dental experience I’ve had!

My daughter loves going to the dentist! She hasn’t always felt this way at other offices we’ve tried!! University Dental makes her feel comfortable!

Excellent experience and a very thorough cleaning and analysis of my dental condition

I have not been to the dentist in longer than I’d like to admit so I was more nervous than usual about going back. My old dentist wasn’t taking new appts. and several other suggested places weren’t taking new clients. If you are in that place or looking for a switch I would really suggest trying this group. Everyone from the receptionist to the techs, to the dentist and the folks that review financial information were so incredibly kind. I felt that they took their time to make sure they understood my situation and my needs and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I will never enjoy going to the dentist or be the #1 dental patient but even with more work scheduled, I am highly impressed my this team and thankful that I found them.
