Southside Smiles is the BEST family dental clinic around! From walking in the door and being welcomed by the friendly staff (and even the Dr.), I knew they truly cared about their patients and that I had picked the right place to come to. Setting up an appointment had never been easier. They worked around my schedule and sent me reminders via text or call. I like that this clinic uses today's digital technology and I can actually see in detail what's in my mouth vs having to squint at an xray on a dull light board. My exam was explained to me in a way that's not over my head and I was provided the best possible treatment and care. Dr. Garner, hygenists, assistants and office manager provided a great experience and all receive two thumbs up! I will be back in 6 months! 😊

So irritated I was there more than 2 hours for 20 minutes of work. Scheduling too many patients at the same time during covid. I had to wait in a lobby full of people for an hour when I showed up 15 minutes early?! There were so many people in and out, you think precautions would be taken now more than ever with covid. No way to social distance. I even asked to reschedule!

Never had a better experience, not only are they professional, kind and efficient, they have a fantastic bed side manner. Through out my appointments I was always made aware of every detail and during such procedures I am always asked with general regard for my comfortability if I'm doing alright. I highly recommend Southside Smiles to anyone seeking a QUALITY experience and proper care.

Totally disgusted today. Fired them. Patient no mask, receptionist no mask. Wasn't waiting around to see if Dr had her mask on. The last place I should have to worry is my dentist office. Questionnaire on line, sign on the door, tempt at check- in... yet still no masks allowed. Shame on you.

I am so impressed with the Dentist and staff at Southside Smiles. I am in the medical field myself. My standards are high and I am proud to have them handling my dental needs. Flexible appt. times, excellent care, compassionate staff, and high quality work. Thank you and I look forward to any visits in the future.

I went here and had my lo with me. I needed work done and was in pain but they refused to do any work due to me having my lo. I don't just have a sitter I can give him to. I also got charged alot just for the xrays and no work was even done. The people in the office made it seem like it was a burden they had to hold my lo just so I could get xrays. I was told next time I come back I need to have a babysitter. Now I owe for the copay I couldn't pay and I have a mouth full of cavities and am in alot of pain. Cant afford the copay or one tooth to be worked on right now but I also didn't deserve the treatment I received just because I have my son with me.

Staff are incredibly friendly, courteous, professional and competent. Glad I switched to this location for my dental needs. I look forward to having my full smile back to a state I am completely comfortable with.

You deliver excellent service, instructions and make even extensive procedures smooth. I was a Dr. Westra patient and fan for ovet 40 years, you have stepped up to the plate and matched her record! Yes I would recommend you to others!
