Be careful with this practice Dr. Trung was very dishonest with me and misled me on what I was paying for. My teeth needed alot of work and instead of making me aware that I had a balance that was hid from me and I was only made aware after my insurance was used up and my flex spending account was drained and then only did I learn that I had a balance of over $2000. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to him let alone a friend!!! Also be very wary about positive reviews he asks patients to leave good reviews and offers money off their bill. of course they are going to lie and say he's great.

Good Experience at the Dentist! I would lie to personally thank Dr. Trung Phan for the great dental care he provided me and also for going out of his way to replace my temporary cap. For the first time I felt like my Dentist was talking to me , not at me and not browbeating me on my dental care. He took the time to explain to me why and how to take care of the problems without making me feel like a total loser!.
If you new in town or need a new dentist give Grimes Family Dentristy a call - Great for adults and kids! Give him and his staff a try, they will not dissapoint

As part of the staff at Young General Dental/Grimes Family Dentistry, I love working with Dr. Trung and Dr. Orhan. I am one of the hygienists who works there and have no complaints. I wanted to leave a positive review because of the last review given by Anastasia. We've never even seen anyone by the name Anastasia Beaverhausen and when we Googled the name, it turns out that's the name of a tv character on the popular show Will and Grace. There's a lot of false sentences in there as well, for example.. I don't treat periodontal disease in 4 appointments! If you need treatment like that, I always get it done in 2 appointments so you're not having to come back several different times. Reviews are wonderful and we love them, but want you to be aware that false names and reviews CAN occur. If you're looking to give these two docs a try, I know they'd be happy to meet you. If I felt like they were trying to run up a patients bill, I would never work with them. Both doctors are very honest and knowledgeable and the rest of the employees I work with are very nice. You're in charge of your own mouth, we're here to let you know what's going on and give you different solutions that can help :-)

Went in for the first time as I moved to the Beaverdale area. Dr. Trung and his staff were professional. They listened to my concerns. Dr. Tryng addressed the issues I have been dealing with in a straight forward and professional manner. He examined the tooth and treated me. I am 100% satisfied with his care. I made a follow-up appointment for April, 2018. Very high quality care and I highly recommend.

I called this office from Missouri while traveling in my motorhome. I left my home state of Mississippi several days prior. They were so gracious to get me in the very next day to fix a broken tooth. Dr. Trung Phan is an excellent dentist and I highly recommend him for all your dental care. He even went the extra effort to take pictures of my teeth to show me that they are in dire need of repair, something my own dentist didn't even do! If I was staying longer in Iowa I would have him do all my dental work that needs done and still may do that after a few stops in some neighboring states!!! Thank you so much Dr. Trung and your staff for helping me out!

I highly recommend Dr. Trung and his crew. After seeing 2 previous dentists and not getting any relief, these guys took great care of me and sorted out the problem. Professional, timely, and friendly in a central location. You can't ask for much more.

A very friendly staff. Dr. Trung explains what he is doing and is very precise in his work. Routine visits are professional and recently he replaced two upper back crowns that now fits better the the previous crowns fit. I think, now, I will outlive those two teeth!
