They were all extremely pleasant and personable, followed Covid protocols to the letter, all while being the epitome of professionals. Been going to this place for a long time, the staff here are very friendly and extremely helpful. Dr. Deardorf was very good at explaining the plan for my dental work to me and gave plenty of opportunities to ask questions if I didn't understand something. Definitely recommended!

Dr. Clemons is absolute professional. They are technicians there that are sweet and understanding. The office part is condescending, rude, and threatening. They cancelled two appointments on me and I quit going. They sent evil postcard reminding me how I wasted a time slot with Dr. Clemons. The front desk women knew I had a dental emergency and wouldnât help with anything. They were rude to my husband who is a 100% disabled vet. I got pressured into being treated by their new dentist. I think she is nice and needs experience but should not discredit people if they say need more pain medication for an extraction. I am found new dentist and dental issuance. Donât you dare be a patient without insurance, they look at you like your vermin. Even though you have paid every bill in full.

I love the staff! Everyone is so personable. Dr. Lee is amazing and is very gentle. The staff explained exactly what they were going to do at my first cleaning, and I felt very comfortable. Definitely would refer friends and family here!

If your looking for a new dentist, this IS the only place you should consider! Especially in the current COVID environment, they made going to my next the dentist an appointment something I'm not dreading, but am actually looking forward to. They are all very kind, knowledgeable and do everything in their power to make you feel safe and protected in their care and attention.

Exceptional Covid-19 precautions from start to finish.
My first visit & paperwork was done online. I waited in the car until assistant took my temperature, opened the doors with her gloves for me & brought me straight into the treatment room. The office has an air filtration system to eliminate the amount of aerosols in the air. Every staff member wore a masks. The dentist was thorough & efficient.

Dr. Clemons is highly detail oriented. And that's exactly what you need when you have a chipped front tooth -- he helped me with bonding and made it blend in perfectly with my tooth color and natural smile. He rectified my loose permanent retainer, saving me a trip to an ortho I hadn't' been to in 15 years, among regular dental check ups. He has a light hand which is great if you have sensitive gums like me. Everyone on the staff is very pleasant. I've been going here for years and plan to continue. Thanks RCDC!
