Iowa River Dentistry

Went here to have a crown redone. I really don't like going but Dr. Bryn and her staff was just great. They make you feel comfortable about the procedure. Would highly recommend them to everyone, but yet would love to kinda keep them for myself. Seriously I wished I could use them all of the time. You definitely will not be disappointed going here. Great work! Thank you

The amazing service that receive when I go here is always second to none. They take the time to explain what is going on with your teeth or why we have to do something. It is nice when things are explained so you don’t need to go home to look up the words that were used.

Had my first visit today, staff was all very friendly. Had an excellent first visit, and it even included a root canal 😉

Dr. Bryn makes going to the dentist a good experience!! I have Always been Scared of going to Dentist, but not anymore!! Thank you Dr. Bryn and staff for your patience and kindness with those of us that are prone to paralyzing fear, and turning it into a a good experience!!

Had a tooth filled by Dr. Bryn. She did a fantastic job! I felt no pain! She and her assistant Breezy kept me entertained while filling my tooth. It was a very good experience!

I was told by a person working here that I "missed" two appointments in October of last year and was no longer allowed be a patient.. however what they are referring to was when I called and left a voice mail beforehand because it was before hours. When explaining this I was told that they also "just saw" I missed an appointment in January which I was so confused about because I didn't make an appointment in January. In fact, the policy they referred to wouldn't have allowed me to make an appointment in January if I had already "missed" two appointments in October like accused of. Upon trying to discuss it, I was just cut off and interuppted. I was completely shocked to be talked to in such a condecending, callous disregard. The dentist and team were great, but the customer service today needs help.

Hands-down the best Dental office i’ve been to in a very long time. From the very beginning Dr. Bryn Made me feel comfortable. After doing my initial x-rays and exams she gave me all the details of what was wrong with my teeth. She then proceeded to tell me my options so we can make a plan. She also laid out all the pros and cons of going with each option. I ended up having to have seven teeth pulled and getting a upper and lower partial. Upon getting my partials she followed up with me in a way I never expected my dentist to reach out to me (Facebook). The dental hygienist that is there was also wonderful. I forget her name but she was wonderful. I would definitely recommend anyone in Iowa that needed dental work done look into going to Iowa River Dentistry.

She does such a great job and is always so personal.
