Good people there. I needed a dentist NOW!! and they were able to work me in on extremely short notice. I highly recommend them. Dr Gimer relieved an agonizing pain very quickly and professionally. I can not say how pleased I am with the experience I had with Dr. Bryn Ealy and her staff. I have the worst anxiety about going to the dentist! This week I have experienced something totally new! I feel brand new as I write this review, I had broken a tooth on Thursday visited my local dental office with a very disappointing appointment. I got online checked out who else would take my insurance and was so pleased when I found out that Iowa River Denistry accepts new patients as I was in throbbing pain! I emailed their website and they got me in just a few hours later! Did I mention not only did they squeeze me in but they treated me with so much kindness and empathy about my pain it was unreal! The entire staff was so welcoming and calm and ready to do whatever it took to get me out of that office WITHOUT pain. I have not had an experience at a dental office in my life that I actually felt at home at. We joked, we laughed, they truly care at Iowa River. I will definitely be moving my care to this office, not just because they worked me in but because they truly make you feel like you matter here. Dr. Bryn and her staff are so willing to do whatever they can to make you comfortable, every step of the way by explaining everything they are doing, giving more time for numbing if needed, never rushing. It truly meant the world to me that I was treated so well. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! I can now leave on vacation tomorrow and enjoy every minute of it because you all cared!! Xoxo
