The doctor was set back a few minutes. Nothing that we noticed. Office had issues with computers before we got to our appointment. Doctor handle it very well!!!. He was so worried we'd be upset about being behind. He apologized 4 or 5 times. I told him it happens. I like how caring the whole Office is! Thanks again! ❤️

Dr Odland was very good! She was very gentle & did everything to ease my anxiety. She also was very good with her assistant - very kind & explanatory of what she needed. I am sure she is great to work with! I feel confident in her knowledge of what she recommended & did.

I've always had a great experience in Belmond, from the receptionist to the dental assistant and especially the dentist. Cole is a vibrant young man who explains everything throughly, but also keeps the fun attitude while doing his work. They all are great group!

The best experience I’ve had in a dentist offer, ever. I have been scared of the dentist since an incident at another office nearly 20 years ago and have not consistently gone to a dentist during that time. I found Dr Eric when I was dealing with awful pain from an infection over the summer & the experience was great. The front office gal did everything she could to squeeze me in even though I wasn’t a patient there at the time. I have been back several times since then as I have needed a lot of work done and cannot say one bad thing about my experience. Dr Eric and his hygienist always make sure I’m comfortable before and throughout anything I’m needing done. This is the only dentist that I have been comfortable to keep my appointments and actually look forward to getting the work done that I’ve so desperately needed. So thankful I have a dentist office I can trust and feel comfortable at. Thank you everyone at the dental center of north Iowa!
