Family Dentistry - Drs. Timothy Weber and Michael Otto

Family Dentistry's has a comfortable and soothing atmosphere. They have a staff (all personnel) that is very knowledgeable, understanding, professional, explaining what is being done and why (in language that I can understand without having an CPA, Doctorate, or PHD), the ladies up front/check-in and out; very cordial, patient,
take the time to explain even though I could see they were very busy. The hygenist (is that right?) very knowledgeable in her profession, explained verbally and sometimes physically the procedures, x-rays, why's, care and prevention, like I said earlier, in language I could understand and remember. Well Done! I forgot, the Doctor was excellent, so smooth and comforting that they make it seem a walk in the park.

I am absolutely disgusted with the poor care and treatment I have received today.
I have been in horrific pain for the LAST TWO WEEKS with an abscessed tooth, I have seen two separate doctors for treatment of the abscess and called your office and explained exactly what was going on and made an emergency appt for 7am today FOR AN EXTRACTION. I travel with work for a month at a time and it's VERY DIFFICULT for me to make quick appt adjustments and your office is aware of that.
I drive FROM TEXAS asking for emergency time off from work to get this taken care of.
Once I get to your office I'm told it's not in the treatment plan and the appt wasn't even booked with the doctor that does the extractions!
And then Dr Otto has the GALL to tell me "I can try to remove it but I may not be able to get it all." Boy oh boy that REALLY makes me trust the care I'm getting from you people! The FLIPPANCY and literal lack of empathy is disgusting.
How about when you make an appt for an EMERGENCY EXTRACTION you actually do it for the Doctor that does the extractions!
You have WAISTED MY TIME, YOU HAVE COST ME MONEY BY TAKING THIS TIME OFF AND FOR WHAT?
NOTHING!
Lastly I have PPO Dental insurance that you do not accept nonetheless I really enjoyed your office and the people in it and paid OUT OF MY POCKET (A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS ALREADY. ) I am not wealthy it took a lot of saving and planning in order to even afford your services but I thought I had found my perfect dentist.
WELL APPARENTLY I DIDN'T.
You should all be ashamed for how I was treated this morning. Now I get to deal with this tooth for another month until I can get time off and find another dentist. I have a heart condition this is a serious matter and should have been handled as so.
People like you are the reason people like me don't keep up with their dental care, such horrific experiences don't exactly make me want to continue visiting dentist.

5 stars. I used to go here when I was a kid in early 2000s. Only reason I stopped is because I moved. When I moved back I unfortunately went to a corporate dentist place that I had nothing but problems with. Given my job where I am only home and off work about 3 days a month, family dentistry got me in right away since I had a bad tooth that was severely infected. I didn’t expect them to be able to extract it, i was expecting them to just have me come in to get me on antibiotics since my other dentist refused to see me for antibiotics and told me to go to the ER just to get them. I got in to family dentistry, filed out paperwork, front desk lady was very nice. Dr. Kotecki introduced herself and was very nice and was concerned about my infection, as she said it was one of the worst she has seen. It felt nice to know that she was concerned about my health instead of just brushing me off. She went ahead and extracted the busted tooth and it was the easiest and fastest I ever had a tooth pulled. She made sure I was comfortable and that I couldn’t feel much of anything in the infected area. I will continue to come here for all other dental needs, she is an amazing dentist and really cares, which is refreshing after my prior experiences at 2 other places in town. The numbing agent unfortunately has worn off and my mouth hurts like a banshee but that is totally expected after a wisdom tooth removal. But even with the numbing now worn off I still feel better than I did before and am just happy that there is a dentist office in this town and a dentist that cares and is understanding. Would give a million stars if I could. I’ve been trying to get this tooth taken care of for over a year at the other places in town, and they kept rescheduling me without any notice for me to request time off from work. But here, I called in the morning, was seen a hour later, and half hour after that my tooth was gone. Thank you!

I have been with Family Dentistry for several years. The office is always very comfortable and spotless. There are some low couches and chairs that I notice everyone avoids, as do I. They are way too low and hard to get out of as I get older. The staff members are very caring and professional. Both Dr. Weber and Dr. Otto are my favorite dentists ever and always make sure I’m comfortable and know what I need and how it’s going to be done. We haven’t got dental insurance right now, so they offer a membership for reduced price care. We just pay as we go, but are considering the membership. I highly recommend Family Dentistry for anyone looking for high quality dental care.

Dr. Weber is amazing. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Had a broken tooth this morning and by afternoon it was fixed. Would recommend this office to anyone! Great staff

It’s always a great experience when I visit Family Dentistry. The girls at the front desk are so friendly and helpful when checking in and out. LOVE Tammi & Dr Weber! They give me such good care and I always trust them. The facility is always clean, and they are taking extra precautions during this COVID 19 pandemic.

I had an extraction of my first molar, 2 years ago. I contemplated to get the tooth replaced, with a 3 unit bridge, an implant, or a partial. Dr. Otto and I discussed the advantages of all options and the disadvantages. I decided the partial would be the best option for me. I scheduled an appointment to start the process. Best experience I’ve ever encountered. No more impressions were needed, for the lab to process. Whoohoo! Everything was computerized, no impression material needed. Nice! I received my partial today!! I absolutely love it. No one can tell, that I have it in. It feels very natural, and easy to maintain. Thank You Family Dentistry filling that huge space, and my worries are gone of drifting teeth filling it up, or loosing more teeth trying to fill the space. Great Job indeed! Denise Riley

I have gone to Dr Weber since I was a little kid. He does an amazing job and is very personble! I would recommend him for ages 0-99! Amber the dental hygienist does an amazing job! Thank you Dr Weber and Amber for making it easy to go to the dentist!

A coworker recommended this dental practice a few years ago. So glad she did! They take their time with you, make sure your questions are answered and are always very nice.
