Since my move to Nora Springs, Iowa 25 years ago I have been going to this Dental office. Now that the transition has been made and the Polkings have retired I am seeing Dr. Noemi. She is a wonderful, caring Dentist who is very knowledgeable. This office has always had the best professional staff, whether its the front desk or the hygienist. I feel very well cared for here and know that I am surrounded by intelligent, kind and caring people. This is the best office for all your dental needs.

This entire team is amazingly friendly, courteous, and efficient! Dr. Cruz-Orcutt introduced me to the concept of crown lengthening and veneers. I used to be nervous about going to dentists, but now I actually look forward to it !! From the minute you walk into the office , Shannon and Elise (not sure about spelling of names😄) make you feel welcome, and comfortable.💜 Dr. Cruz-Orcutt is absolutely amazing ! She is kind, gentle, warm, smart, has a great personality ,and explains the procedures, treatment plans, etc. so well ! Her Assistant Kim F. Is also fantastic, and was patient with all my questions !! I haven’t met the hygenists yet, but am looking forward to it. Another thing that is wonderful is the way they explain the exact cost of upcoming procedures . (Since I don’t have insurance it’s nice to know the financial stuff up front !), also I feel the prices of services are very reasonable . Everyone in the office made me feel relaxed (and at ease !), I actually leave the office with a smile on my face !! 😁. If you’re looking for a great dentist give Dr.Cruz, and her awesome staff a try - you’ll be very, very happy that you did !! 👍🏼

My 9 year old daughter was seen on emergency basis today after hitting her two front teeth and displacing one of them. As usual, she received the best thorough care and was treated like family through the entire visit. I can not say enough about this practice. Always a pleasant experience no matter what the circumstances. I'm sure they were busy with their already scheduled patients but, I never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. So caring and patient with us as always!! Such a great team:)

Best dentist office around. Drive over two hours one way just to go here. Live in Minnesota, been seen in this office for over 20 years. My children go here too, wonderful staff, easy to communicate with. Up front and honest. Highly recommend !

Have always been impressed with the skills & professionalism of Dr Robert Polking since we returned to this area 6 years ago. I recently had a dental emergency and was helped by Dr Orcutt.
