I have been a patient at The Dental Office since 2016 and have never looked back. The office itself is always clean, has great tunes, and is an awesome environment. The customer service you receive at the front desk is beyond anything you would expect from a small town dentistry, the hygienists are all so kind and amazing at what they do, and Dr. Brown is simply incredible. I have never met a single staff member here who treated me with anything less than the utmost respect. I hadn't been to the dentist in 8 years. I was a bit nervous but they made me feel comfortable, and I knew I was in good hands.
I'm leaving for college soon and they are working super hard to try and fit me in before then for some more work that I need done. When I had any questions, the staff calmly and sweetly explained everything to me.
The office makes you feel at home, and doesn't make you feel like you're in a too bright doctors office. Love it! Thank you!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Brown and his staff for three years now. They have got to be the most considerate folks in the business. Their cleaning process is a joy, never have felt uncomfortable with them. Lately I needed a root canal and I could not believe the attention to detail that Dr. Brown gave. Even had two x-rays during the process to be sure that the process was complete. You will also enjoy the office setting and the music. Great dentist and staff! Highly recommend them.

THE. BEST. DENTIST. EVER!!!!! I have hated going to the dentist before coming to Dr Brown, and now the experience is painless. Dr Brown takes care of "normal" dental issues like cleaning and filling cavities- and then goes a step above to make sure that the alignment is correct and the bite is perfect. His staff is fabulous -- helpful, caring, professional. So I went to a dentist in Sioux Center due to tooth pain. They gave me an antibiotic and scheduled me over 2 months out to get the problem fixed. A friend referred me to this dental office and they got me in right away and corrected the problem with a root canal. I've never had a root canal done but they were very informative and gave me options / pricing up front, and what they would do in my position. Dr Brown, who you can call Chad - is super cool. He's a normal person who doesn't have the arrogance of being better than his staff or customers due to a higher degree. Beth and Emily and KP and the rest of the staff are also super chill and really easy to chat with. The root canal was actually a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend this place for all your dental needs as it was the best dental experience I ever had.
