Regrettably, it had been awhile since I had gone to a dentist to get my teeth checked. I very anxiously went to Cedar Ridge and it was probably the best decision I could’ve made. Dr. Bilbeisi is very knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable about the plan we put in place to make sure everything gets sorted out and taken care of. She had a great way of explaining everything making sure I understood what she was talking about. Special shout out to Tia! She helped with a deep clean and the experience was awesome. She made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing always checking with me before she proceeded and the entire clean was pain free. They have a lifelong patient in me.

I have been a patient here for a few years now and have no interest in switching services. Dr. Bilbeisi and staff are truly amazing, so kind and down-to-earth. I don’t often write reviews, but I feel so grateful for these people. They make me feel comfortable and seen during what could be awkward procedures, and they do a darn good and speedy job. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone. Stay awesome, Cedar Ridge!

As someone who hasn't seen a dentist in a long while, Dr. Bilbeisi and her staff have curated a very high standard for any other dentist in my opinion. The friendly atmosphere, she yanked 5 teeth in under 20 minutes, and a fully printed out instruction packet for home care. This will be my dentist so long as I'm in Des Moines and I think anyone who reads this should consider Dr. Bilbeisi as theirs too.

Would love to give no stars if possible. After calling and letting them know I needed a root canal as my dentist had advised they have me wait for an appt and take off work so they can then tell me they don't do root canals. The main dentist is a scammer.
