Cedar Ridge Esthetic and Family Dentistry

I regret going here. I thought a women ran office would be better than the old white men I had previously been to but I was wrong. Dr. Bilbeisi started scraping my teeth to the point of bleeding and did not stop when I had tears rolling down my face due to previous dental trauma. I stupidly decided to go back and allow her to fill 2 cavities but had to pry her hand out of my mouth to ask about the filling color since nothing was explained to me. Now here it is over 6 weeks later and both teeth still hurt to bite down on which is not normal. If you want to be treated with compassion I would not recommend this dentist though the rest of the office staff seemed great.

It had been a while since visiting the dentist, but Dr. B and her staff were welcoming, non-judgmental and knowledgeable. Great experience getting in, having my teeth deep cleaned and getting all my questions and concerns answered! 🙂

Dr. Bilbeisi took such good care of me today! I haven’t been to the dentist in a while so I was super anxious about going back. Her whole team made me feel comfortable and took their time to make sure I had a painless experience.

They did not do anything but gave me and my kids an exam. We never heard anything back and it's been months. Dr said that she will give my daughter a referral to another dentist and have not it's been almost 6 months. I've tried calling and Noone answers or called me back. I went by there on my lunch break and Noone there. Is this place shut down???

I am over the moon with the service I've gotten here. Everyone is so kind and polite and they've really helped me get my confidence back. When I'm nervous, they answer my questions and make me feel at ease and even excited for the results. BEST DENTIST EVER!

I was very happy with the work I had done at Cedar Ridge Esthetic and Fammily Dentistry. Dr. Ayah is awesome, and I trust her. I would recommend her to family and friends.

I switched dentists to find someone who was being more careful with COVID protocols. Switching dentists is hard for me--I've been forced to switch before and ended up with a dud, but this was definitely a switch for the better. They are still wearing N95's to protect their patients (this is important for people at high risk or with limited or no immunity) and in addition to being very competent and professional, they are thorough, kind and attentive. I am delighted to have found them!

Wow! I will forever be traumatized by getting my teeth pulled here. It hurt from the moment I started to get Novocain shots through her ignoring my pain. She told me just breathe through it. So it has been horrible pain for almost a week. I went back in today because I thought maybe I had a dry socket. She was rude and seemed to not notice me coming up out of the chair while she poked at the area. She asked me why are you here? I told her the pain is unbearable. She might be a great dentist as far as her schooling goes but I will not be letting her touch my mouth ever again. The lady at the front desk was awesome! She was running back and forth from assisting the dentist to answering the phone. She deserves employee of the year.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and how easy they made my visit.

I can say confidently that Dr. Bilbeisi is the best dentist I've ever had. I have some medical conditions that make dental work more complicated, and Dr. Bilbeisi was the first dentist I've had that listened to me, and found solutions to make me as comfortable as possible. She's is amazing as communicating so I always knew what was going on and what to expect.

Visiting the dentist had always been such a source of anxiety for me, so finally finding a dentist I trust and who can make the visit as painless as possible is truly amazing. I would recommend Cedar Ridge to anyone who is looking for a dentist that will really listen to them. Especially anyone who, like me, local anesthetic doesn't usually work for!
